The staff was great. The morning breakfast was nice and the rooms were large.
This property was just off of IH40, but was hard to reach
Everything was perfect. Just perfect. You cannot beat the value, and the staff in particular is beyond compare. For crying out loud, they brought me fresh-baked cookies five minutes after I got to my room. Beat that!
The area nearby (not immediately surrounding the hotel, but a small stretch away) is a wee teensy bit sketch-a-riffic, but if you don't plan on going for a walk by yourself after dark, it's no problem whatsoever.
Luckily, they were able to move us to a room with the advertised microwave and mini-fridge. Only some rooms have them. Staff was as accommodating as they could be.
The exercise room equipment was not working. Only the treadmill worked. I probably wouldn't stay here if I was traveling alone.
Desk clerk was very good at his job. He recommended a restaurant to us when we asked for a place that had good food. It was fantastic. Will deffinately stop by here again when passing through, to Oklahoma.
Up stairs guest was noisy and kept us up all night, they constantly paced the room all night long. From 9pm untill 4:30 am when we could not get a good sleep and left.
A few mechanical issues. Noisy fans, dripping faucets, noisy floors above.
Its small and has a breakfast bar that competes with more expensive chains. Clean, friendly staff. Excellent value. Location is not easy to get to but is convenient to downtown and central area of town.
Getting to the location is difficult if you don't know the area and highway exits with frontage roads. Never have found a direct way to reach hotel from I25 North bound coming from the south. Maybe me and it just might be the highway - exit design.
The person in front desk was excelente.
The person Who clean the Room is not efficent.
Staff excellent major feel like they cared
Carpet was worn and should be replaced
The customer service was excellent! The rooms were really comfortable! I recommended this hotel to my family and friends!
One night I spent there, the floor was wet an there was hair in the sink!
Good friendly service, even at our very late/early arrival at 2 am. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Great value for Albuquerque.
The workout equipment wasn't properly working, and the location isn't the best, Hallway carpet could use a good cleaning.
The location is great...a couple of minutes to get off of and onto I-40. Fantastic breakfast- eggs, meat, waffles, cold or hot cereals, all kinds of juices, milk, toast, bagels, sweet rolls, coffee, tea - you name it. The breakfast itself is worth $15. Security into the hotel is good. You must have a key at all times to get in through the side doors.
Poor excuse for pillows. Theirs are soft maybe 12"x12". Really??? Can't they afford at least a regular size pillow.
Helpful staff, great breakfast, great value for money!
Location is convenient though the area seems a bit dark in the evening with not much around
Excellent low price Inn with the feel and comfort of a higher priced facility
Bed was a little hard and linens where full of bleach
Price, breakfast location
Great value, had everything we needed
Friendly and professional staff, comfortable and spacious room, great water pressure in bathroom. I will stay again at this location if in the area. We were very pleased, very!
We had no complaints.
The area was scarry! Our window was open on the ground level when we got in and there wasn't a screen! The place was dirty and very old! The beds were terrible! The place looked good in the pictures but we only seen the entrance which was new. The pool was closed :/
front desk staff was great breakfast was good
the bed was hard which was ok but the pillows were awful. too small for a king size bed, too flat, unable to sleep, lots of slamming doors, noise until after 2am had a hard time finding the location off the freeway, was told exit 159A but that is only if you are traveling East, traveling West had to take a different exit and weave around different streets - need better directions
Location. I like to have SOME perks (shopping, entertainment, etc) within walking distance.
Freindly, convenient, beds
Nice room , very clean and comfortable
Forth time I,ve stayed here like it.
Attended a conference downtown, so location was perfect! Nice rooms and friendly staff.
Parking spaces were tiny. I had to park and re-park to make my rental minivan fit into the space.
