Quality Inn at Kingsmill  

We stayed last year and liked it so much that we didn't even look around at other hotels ! It's location to Busch Gardens and dining options can't be beat !!!!

Continental Breakfast Indoor Pool for the kids

Bathroom tub wouldn't drain right. Sink faucet was broken and was difficult to change the temperature of the water. No refrigerator or microwave in room.

Since there was remodeling going on, it was a little difficult manuvering the hallway to get to the pool.

Complete breakfast and courteous staff.

Pool was closed for maintenance on Friday morning. Our two grandchildren were very disappointed.

I thought it was a great deal for the price. I chose it mainly for the indoor pool, sounds silly I know, but my 4 year old son needs to be entertained at times. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the amenities were everything we needed. I was very pleased with my experience and will be back.

Easy to check-in. Checked in before 12:00. The person (Terry) was friendly and courteous. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Convenient location to Busch Gardens.

the toaster makes a loud noise its like fire alarm.and no snack machine.

The rooms were excellent and great value. Very clean, pretty, and comfortable.

Servcice was almost non-existent. All staff from counter help to maids did the least they could get away with. When I panicked over a misplaced purse at breakfast, I couldn't even get them to look at me when I talked to them or volunteer any help. I was furious when I left and will never go back or recommend them to others.

Website showed a hot tub - was disappointed that this was not actually true.

Although ariving at 6:00pm, the room was not ready, we had too wait 15 minutes for the room. No explanation was given for this, we were not even offered a drink while we waited, The Receptionist was grumpy. The beds have to rate amongst the most uncomportable ever.

Excellent value this time of year. Close to Bush Gardents and shopping. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Staff was friendly and made you feel like family. Would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal for our Bucsh Gardens trip. The breakfast was supurb that was offered at an ideal time span.

The ice machines were not working, we were on the first floor and had to go to the third floor to get ice. We were looking forward to relaxing in the heated pool in the evening after our daily activities but with the pool closing at 10pm it prevented us from being able to participate. And while in an intimate moment we had a hotel cleaning lady walk in our room unannounced, who apologized saying she thought we'd already checked-out.

Easy parking. Good size room with king bed. Good breakfast included in tariff. Quiet location, handy to a couple of restaurants.

I absolutely loved most everything about this visit.the staff were very friendly and helpful.they made us feel"family like". The rooms are spacious and very clean.the beds were extremely comfortable.the check in and check out process was very easy.I Really could go on & on with positives.

This wasn't something that I didn't like but a suggestion that the breakfast area could stand to be larger.It seemed that everyone decided to take breakfast at the same time and it really felt like mass confusion.The staff was very good though at helping people through with getting their breakfast as orderly as possible.

The room was clean and very neat. The bed was soft and slept well. The staff was nice and polite, and the drive to Busch Gardens Williamsburg was only a mile away. I would stay here again. A bargain for the price.

The hotel is very well located, the room was clean and organized, and the reception was very welcoming.

We stayed two nights. On the first morning, the breakfast was complete with eggs, bacon, ham, breads, cupcakes, juices, coffee, milk, cereal and more. On the second morning, someone must have eaten it all, because the egg tray, the bacon tray, the cupcakes tray and so on were all empty, and there were no signs the staff was going to bring more. We stayed there waiting for quite some time, but with no success. Also, on both mornings, the place was overcrowded, making it very hard to enjoy getting our food at the same time having to worry about getting a table. For the same price we stayed at this hotel, we had a way better experience staying at Hotel das Rocas in Natal, Brazil. I think the manager should visit this place in Brazil to have the real breakfast experience.
