I loved the rooms they were small but well decorated and comfortable. The enormous rats outside our alley/dumpster view. I counted at least ten.

1) The location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the tourist attractions at Inner Harbor. The area is business-like (tall buildings, mostly solitary in the evening). Unlike some previous reviews I did not feel any sense of danger in the neighbourhood. The staff I dealt with was extremely kind and helpful, specially the black men at the reception during the day and at night. They helped me solving several hitches during my stay. They did so with a smile and faster than expected. 3) Free computer room with printer. As a frequent business traveller, I often need to print stuff on the spot. This is my first time in the States in which my hotel does not charge me a disproportionate rate. Of course, I stuck to the essential and did not abuse such facility. 4) Free coffee at night, at the lobby. You can pick up a coffee whenever you want. Absolute nice. An unexpensive and easy example of thinking outside the box, at least in my view. 5) Free wifi in the whole building. 6) Good value-for-money With way less weight than the pros 1) More variety at breakfast would be welcome. I missed some ham and more fruit variety than apples and oranges. 2) During my stay (several days), I got the impression that the cleaning was rather superficial. No vacuuming. The previous client had forgotten a pair of socks on the closet. None of them was great deal for me though, it was fair on the whole. 3) No eco-friendly towel cleaning. The chance should be given to hosts to decide whether they want their towels changed or not, for the sake of saving energy and water.

Free and rapid wifi, both in the rooms and common area. Every thing worked, check in was smooth, they kept our luggage answered our questions. The hotel was... Acceptable. Certainly not bad, just not good or memorable The continental breakfast is very bland. Prepackaged processed everything with polystyrene containers that get thrown away. Its like they were trying to find ways to generate waste and hurt the environment.

The mattress was good. We went there for our 25th. Anniversary. Our stay was for 3 nights. We were checked in a very small room, no dresser. The key to the room did not work by the first night, nor did our room phone. We requested another room for the remander of our stay. We were given another room the next day. So, we packed up and unpacked again. This room had a dresser. However, the toilet did not flush after every use and the smoke alarm was running out of batteries because, it cherped all night long. I also requested an xtra towel. Never got one. The staff did not seem to care at all. Checking in or checking out. I will never go back there again.

We stayed in town for an event at the 1st Mariner Arena and found the location of the hotel walkable to both the harbor and the arena. This was important to us because we did not want to deal with finding parking spaces for the car. I did not realize there was not parking included with the hotel, but there was a garage across the street and it worked out well. We had a King room and it was very small, but it had a great bathroom and the bed was comfortable.

Price was good, people were friendly, hotel is centrally located. Room was noisy as there was a bar/club open and people were shouting until 2.30 AM. I was offered to switch the room but at 2.00 AM I was too tired. One of the cushions was dirty. Furthermore I had a long black hair on my bed below the blanket.

Wondeful service at an affordable price right in the heart of day downtown. The single queen room was clean, cute, modern, and more than comfortable. Breakfast was filling and with options. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
