“ It was on the Strip, the employees were very very nice, it is a clean hotel, great view from our room, breakfast was different, they actually cooked the pancakes & eggs. Its has an indoor pool & nice outdoor pool. ”

GREAT deal for the money. They had one of the BEST breakfast menus. The front desk staff got us discounted tickets for shows and attractions. It was right on the strip (traffic was easy) and it was close to everything.

The bed. Parking in front of room was on a hugh incline and we were put in a room at the back of the whole facility and it was clear that there was plenty of vacancy. The carpet was torn and heavily worn, the confirmation for our reservation stated that our room had a flatscreen tv yet when we walked into the room there was no flat screen tv; I called the front desk to ask if we were in the correct room and asked about the tv...I was told that flat screens would be put in rooms during the summer of 2013. I asked then why does our reservation state we would have a flat screen and he could not tell me why. Also, the size of the toliet was perfect for a five year old and the whole bathroom was cramped.

I like the location and the price. The breakfast was also excellent and my kids loved the heated pool. The temperature of the water in the shower kept changing every few seconds from scalding hot to freezing cold. Happened with all 4 of us.

The staff was great! Very friendly! We enjoyed the indoor pool and the spa in our room. The location of the hotel was was close to everything and easy to find! My husband really enjoyed the continental breakfast and the service of the ladies who served us. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

The breakfast was great! The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that there wasnt a microwave or a small fridge. Most of the motels we have stayed at in the past has both of those things.......

The decor of the room was tasteful-not loud, not cheesey, not annoying. We liked the location. The heater was very efficient. For us, the beds were very uncomfortable. They were firm and bouncy, which was not good. Also, the lady in the breakfast area was kind of annoying. We were trying to figure out how the continental breakfast worked. She spoke loudly about how "God created plates"????? Really? We did not expect anyone to serve us. I found her religious sarcasm offensive.

Assigned a quiet room next to teens Noisy, walls were thin and you could hear the kids next door who were trying to be quiet. Also could hear the people on the next floor walking around. Found a roach in our room the first night but didn't see any more during the stay. Not fond of the lobby/breakfast separate from the rooms: have to go outside in cold weather to get to breakfast

Location I was under whelmed. My traveling companion was thrown accross the room when she went to plug in her phone charger. It shorted out the entire room and we had to change rooms at ten o;clock at night. The most positive experience we had was with the property handyman who tried to fix the problem in our room and when he could not, he helped us drag all our luggage to a new room.

My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the wonderful breakfast. My parents are older and it was hard for them to walk up three flights of stairs. Next time I will ask for a room on the ground level.

It was very convenient to theaters. Continental breakfast was very good. The help was extremely nice and very helpful in every possible way. It was cozy and quiet. Price was decent also. Every employee there went out of their way to make you feel special and appreciated. (Wonderful staff!) THE ROLLING HILLS! (too much walking & driving - up & down hills!!) -This includes ALL of Branson. The faucet on our sink dripped if not checked & shut off properly. Bathroom fan was very noisy with a cramped space in the bathroom. (That was probably all the bad I could think of!)

our room was on the back side of the lowest building, it was a work out to climb to the main building! the out door pool and seating area was closed, we would have liked to have been able to use the seating area even if the pool was closed.

It was close to a lot of what we wanted to do in Branson My pet friendly room was right next to a main aisle way. I would have preferred a room on the end so my pet did not disturb others.
