breakfest too early, the hotel staff was rude, the location is too far from new york, the hairdryer and the phone wasn't working the first day, we could hear the subway running while we were in the hotel room cause it was so loud, the sheats were not so clean |

The staff were not very helpful when we had problems with the phone in our room. We were not advised that the subway line ran directly next to the hotel and my friend had alot of trouble sleeping due to this. The staff were not helpful when we asked for information on the area and subway, even though they had a sign advising they had maps etc available. |

the bed was comfy there was a train line right next to the hotel that ran every 20 mins day and night this wasnt advertised, plus there was a bus depot that started up at 5 am every morning, this was not advertised. The breakfast room was very very small with only 2 tables which would accomodate 7 people |

I would prefer they to pay more cearfull attantion to the rooms service. So when arived we discovered our bed badly served, with signes of wine, the shower was broken e t.c. But I should tell all problem was replaced repidly, at least in several hours, after our request. Also ther was a pretty big problem with noise of passin by sub-trains, especialy at night. So I strongly suggest them to put new window packets for better sound insulation. And entierly we enjoyed the time we stayed at Quality Inn Brooklyn. It`s pretty nice place. :-) |

Good location near underground station. Free parking. Clean rooms. Rooms are very noisy because of train line located a few meters near hotel. Breakfast are almost uneatable and dining room are for 6 people only. |

The staff was very helpful, regarding getting around and what train to get etc The hotel surroundings was not that great re the railway lines, but you pay for what you get and i had no problems with the noise of the trains. and i could get into Manhatten within 30min |

It was very clean, a comfy bed, bathroom was clean and good water temperature. It's located right next to a train yard, trains come through frequently and it's difficult to sleep. Room was in the cellar ("Floor C"), small window opened into parking lot where headlights shined in all night, only a thin white curtain. |

The room was clean and free wireless internet was great. The hotel is located directly across from a train/subway station. Its very lound. The rooms are really really small, and there is only about 7 parking spaces for the whole buillding. Breakfast area holds about 5 people and there is only 1 ice machine for all 6 floors which is located on the 1st floor. |

Acceuil sympathique, situation géographique idéale, à deux pas de la station de métro Broadway Junction, qui le place à à peine 15 mn de manhattan. Rapport qualité/prix excellent Seul petit bémol, le métro aérien qui passe à proximité, un peu bruyant, mais c'est New York! |
