What a location! Close to the stations and jkf. Very very comfy rooms and beds, and we were impressed with the free wifi and better than average breakfast. Well done! We had a great stay! Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hawk-Eye Lady watching everybody at breakfast. But She was also friendly and made nice waffles.

neighborhood a bit dicey; awkward split-level lobby entrance, no bellhop, and no automatic doors makes dragging your luggage in a bit of a hassle.

It's really close to the Jamaica Airtrain station (you can even see it from the Airtrain stop). Breakfast not bad at all, we could choose from many different things.

The hotel is clean, relatively new condition, and the staff very helpful. Great location for the traveler coming via JFK- the hotel is directly across from the Airtrain station.

Nothimng they over charge me they spose to charge $109 US but charge on my account more then $175.00

Location just two blocks from train (Long Island Rail Road) to Manhattan with fast and frequent departures. The same train hub station has the airtrain to JFK Airport and the subway (a long journey) to Manhattan. Proximity to the Forest Hills neighborhood (just a few stops on the subway) offers a vast choice of bars, restaurants and cute shops.

Families mightn't feel safe walking to and from the station in this Jamaica neighborhood. In reality, it's pretty safe (I lived in Queens for eight years) but it is known as somewhere to be aware of your surroundings.

Great location for the Airport and underground. Good, clean value for money.

the price was 61 pound! but actually cost me 76 pound!!! i wonder why!! the envirenment outside is not safe

The bed was one of the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in which made the stay very good. Room was larger than we thought it would be, considering the size of most New York City hotel rooms (in chain hotels at least). The main reason we chose this hotel was location and it is very close to JFK. However, I am not sure we will stay here again--probably try to find a hotel that actually has a shuttle and better neighborhood restaurants for dinner. I would guardedly recommend this hotel; not an all-out endorsement.

When I made the booking I was SURE there was a complimentary shuttle on booking.com's web site. I made the reservation over 6 months ago and it was for a night before an international flight from JFK and I was looking for a complimentary shuttle to be included in whatever hotel I booked. HOWEVER, when we arrived the hotel claimed that it had NEVER said they had a shuttle. The hotel is situated a block and a half away from the Jamaica Air Train which goes continuously to JFK throughout most of the day and night BUT IT IS FAR FROM COMPLIMENTARY which added to the cost of the hotel! The breakfast room is pitifully small and not arranged to accommodate more than a handful of people at one time. The neighborhood isn't that great and there is not much in the way of places to get dinner.

Location. Very close to AirTrain station and metro line. This allowed for day trips into NYC yet very convenient for early flight from JFK.

Room was not cleaned. NO towels. Front desk not covered. "Breakfast" was a joke. Took one hour to get towels from front desk.

Excellent location for JFK transfers. No need for expensive transfers from/to NewYork City. Stay a night, sleep well, have a good breakfeast (included) and go where ever you want with just a single ride metro (to city center), bus (to La Guardia) or airtrain (to JFK). This is my third stay and I believe it won't be the last. Good value for money, confortable beds, brakfeast included, free wireless internet in the rooms...

Depends what you are looking for; don't expect a hotel for a city tour or leisure.

Good value for the money, the quality Inn is located a 2 min from the metro (40 minutes from the center of Manhattan) and the JFK Air Train.

Rooms in the first floor can be a little bit noisy if people are in the lobby.

I did not like the fact the room was so tight and small. The parking was very limited. My email price stated I was going to be charged 109 including all taxes and fees and on my bank statement is stated 129.

Very nice people! Room was small...but ok for a single traveler. Location is great for transfer from LIRR to Airtrain.

The bedbug powder near the bed kind of freaked me out. I understand it is preventative...but still.
