The room was very clean.
Our room was on the second floor facing a very busy highway so it was noisy.
Good and clean room. Clean facilities. Big breakfast wi waffles. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Friendly staff at any time.

The customer service was very good. They gave use a wake up call for our taxi and changed us to a better room. The people that ran the hotel were nice.
The room that we didn't take had horrible mildew. The hotel hallway also had a mildew smell. This needs to be addressed.

The facility was much further from the airport than I had anticipated.I had requested a 5:00 a.m. wake-up call. They forgot to call. I had arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport at 6:15 a.m. When I arrived at the front desk at 6:05 a.m. I was told the shuttle had left at 6:00 a.m. and the next one was not until 7:00 a.m. I had, therefore, to take a taxi at an extra cost of $28.00. The whole experience was disappointing.

the only thing that was good was the customer services .
I Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel while stay at this they had construction working going so there were a lot of noise I could not even hear what was on the television and it was turned up loud, then they turn the water off during the day at 2:00 to 4:00pm there was no water during that time. 2 days after I had to change my room again cause the A/C stop working I had to move at lease 3 times while staying there the room are poorly clean the only thing that was good at that hotel was the front desk clerk they were very helpful. Otherwise from that I would not recommend the hotel
Best of all the Staff especially Mr. Jose Prado who saw to it that we were well taken care of. My daughter tied Rakhee for him on Raksha Bandhan (Aug 10th), in other words she adopted him as her brother. Nice clean small and comfortable rooms. We liked everything because it met our expectations based on feedback from family who stayed before and internet information and reviews.
Your shuttle bus from the airport is not working. The driver has no idea of, whom he is going to pick up. Last year we got a refund on our taxi-bill, because we were waiting for 2 hours. This year again we had to take a taxi.....but without any refund. The lady at the front desk doesn't seem to think it was a big thing...even though that you have it on your web site...sorry. Roy
The Port of Miami wasn't a far drive, great location. The staff was very helpful, they went above and beyond.
There was not enough seating in the breakfast area and no salsa for my eggs. After we checked in and went upstairs there was a really strong odor. I think someone was cooking something in their room and it was not a pleasant smell. Thankfully, we could not smell it in our room.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The buffet was not what we expected. Did not like the taste of the scrambled eggs. Seemed artificial. There was more choice early in the morning. At nine the buffet had little choice and had run out of eggs, sausage and ham. This is the busiest time with lots of families. Also the shuttle service is long. We arrived in Miami and waited over an hour for the shuttle. We finally called and was told we had to call for the shuttle service. Which we did not know. All the other hotels are constantly passing through the airport whether they have a pick up or not. We had to wait another 30 minutes. On our way home (we spent one night in Miami on our way to Cancun and one night on our way back from Cancun) our flight to Miami was delayed and we exited the airport at 11:50 pm. Called right away for the shuttle service to be told the last one left the airport at 11:30. We had to take a taxi to the Quality Inn ($26.00) which they were kind enough to comp.

Wifi signal not strong enough for all rooms Outside noise from highway traffic Storm broke a tree branch on side road to hotel, it was hanging low, not even the hotel thought it be safer if they (had someone) take it down. Not a good impression.
Wifi was not available for almost two days and I didn't receive a credible explanation.

The internet connection was very poor. The reception desk needs to be more educated about the close shops and groceries in the area and which public transportation would take you there.
