Our grandchildren loved the pool even though it was not the reason for our stay. The reason was to be close to the aquarium. Very noisy Friday night-Saturday morning. Not as close to the aquarium as we thought; we would have liked to walk there. Breakfast space too crowded at 8 o'clock.

Architecture, quiet. The front door to room 133 is very difficult to open, out of alignment in upper right corner. Bath tub drain plug did not work.

Great location. Good value for your money compared to other hotels in the area. Staff were a bit disorganized, breakfast was a disaster (too little food for too many people), & there was lots of road noise in the rooms.

Nice room Good breakfast the kids loved the wafelmachine. Nice vietnamies restaurant walking distance close to the inn. The kids loved the heated pool Wifi was not working

Good value for money. Good position from which to explore Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach. Well cared for. Detached disinterested receptionist. Just stick you in any room!

The room as great. The location is good (15 min by walk to fisherman's wharf). Useful free car park in the other Quality Inn (Cannery Row) to visit the Aquarium (10 min by walk from the car park). . The breakfast as not so good as expected.

It was our first time at the quality and we would liketo bring a group there sometime. It was well worth the money and everything was close by. We belong to a hiking clubs and have done many a trip to Carmel and would like to plan another one

The front desk staff was fantastic. The inn was kind of like a bed and breakfast feel. Very homely. I will definitely stay there again. The next time I am out that way. Thanks again for a great stay!! I have no complaints. They made my stay very easy.

The Quality Inn is absolutely ok, has some good value for money, also the location is not too bad and quite near to downtown Monterrey. The breakfast is also ok, but in this sense nothing special. Friendly staff, no problems, everything clean and a reasonable price, but nothing special.

It was a place to stay The shower hose was broken and sprayed water all over the place. Even if it had have been in good repair the shallow shower pan meant water would always get on the bathroom floor.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. The outside of the hotel is very charming and welcoming. I also really liked the indoor pool and hot tub. The room and facility were very clean. The only thing that I did not like was the bed/pillows. I had trouble sleeping both nights. I just could not get comfortable. That is very unusual for me. A mattress cover would might have been good or even a topper.

The Quality Inn is accesable to anything you would like to see in Monterey. The plus is that it has an indoor pool which is great in a cooler climate. Quality In would not be a place for anyone who can't do steps. There are no elevators going to the upper floors. It's also somewhat dated, but comfortable. The breakfast was o.k. but very little seating area.

The owners are an elderly couple and they were very friendly and helpful. Very old and dated, felt like I had walked into a 1970's motel. The room was dark, dreary and the furniture was awful.
