Room needed to be updated a little. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

Don't waste your money here there are better options than this hotel that fails to step up to the plate for a Quality Inn. It was filthy and stank the place needs a complete clean - it stands out as one of the dirtiest places I have stayed at.

My daughter got bug bites all on her legs from the beds. There was not enough towels in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. However the shuttle to the airport was great and that was the main reason for staying at the hotel.

I booked this hotel, because of a last minute change in my schedule. First let me say that I stay in hotels for more than 200 days a year, I know hotels. The reason I choose this particular Hotel, was because the add said Free Airport transportation, What the add failed to mention, was that the transport runs from 9am to 5pm the other 16 hours in the day are transportation not Avialable! I did ride from the Long Beach Airport to the hotel in their van, it was in such bad shape the passenger door could not be opened from inside, the driver had to open it from outside, a first class DEATH TRAP The hotel itself is in a seedy area, and is really a motel, not a hotel. The rooms were dark and dirty as well. If I ever pass this way again, I will keep on walking, I would definitely not stay in this " HOTEL " a second time.

The hours for the breakfast. I had a mother stand in line before me and cook 4 waffles and I didn't get a turn since breakfast time was done by then. There should b a limit of two waffles at a time or another machine

Bed was comfortable. No vending machines and was in a bad part of town. Did not feel safe in the area.

Friendly staff upon checking in. I stayed there because it was advertised as having an airport shuttle. I found out the shuttle runs very limited hours I.E. 9 am si I had to cab it to the airport. Had I known that I would have stayed somewhere like the Marriot.
