our toilet was not working properly - we could hear the water running all night long and could not flash it properly

The breakfast! The rom was clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a clean, inexpensive hotel near the airport with airport shuttle and free wifi. This hotel fills the bill and I will stay there again. Although there is no restaurant on the premises, there are fast food restaurants and a Denny's 2 blocks away and a microwave in the room. There is also a local dine-in company who will bring your order to the hotel for a very reasonable price as well as several pizza restaurants who deliver.

The spa heater was broken and I couldn't enjoy the spa.

I didn't like that they had a front desk employee working when she was very sick looked like she was dying very inprofasional.

We really liked the location and the very comfortable bed with plenty of good pillows. The room was clean the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The exceptionally Friendly staff and the serene environment - that's a combination too difficult to beat. Also, we arrived very late and the lady at the reception (I think Laura is her name) was not only helpful but also extremely courteous - even at that time of the night. The other day, I couldn't seem to find my way to the Coliseum, and another staff (Yessie) was handy to provide directions - and with a map! Kudos, people...will most def use Quality Inn again.

The hotel is great for people staying over due to long flight layover, the staff is excellent helpful and friendly there is no room service though and during my stay the hot tub was out of order Oakland seems like a scary aggressive city at first; but once you start talking to people they are very friendly and it is safer than it seems.

It was well located, quiet, and was good for the price.

The information sheet in the room says copying would be 5 cents a sheet. I was charged 50 cents. When I mentioned it in the morning, I was told. "It's 50 cents." The hot tub was out of order.

It was a 10min walk to the stadium nd the free breakfasts wasn't the best but it was ok

I didn't mind it but my lady friend didn't like the bed

Near Oakland Airport and I had an early morning flight. The price was very reasonable.

Room was smaller than normal. Very, very basic. Internet connection was slow.

Very awesome fried ly staff, rooms were great, not noisy what so ever overall it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at especially in Oakland thanks for the awesome service you are all an awesome staff keep up the good work :)
