The Palace Hotel  

I liked the staffs work keeping my room clean. Liked the clientele I shared the hotel with. Loved the man I never met named Albert.

Blonde ladies attitude at hotel desk. Coukd be cheerier. She was helpfuk though. The indian restaurant is not being managed probably. The halls around the hotel should be as beautiful as the banquet hall.

Superb price, Very clean room, sheets and so on. Spa tub was a nice touch. Room and hotel overall were very nice. I thank the staff.

Hot tub took hours to fill. Room did not have a fridge. These were small details. Hotel was very good overall.

Fair price hotel not too far from New York. Interesting exterior design and banquet hall.

Cheap and close to interstates. They gave me my money after it got stuck in the vending machine.

This hotel was beat down and needs some major facelifts. The staff seemed undertrained and a bit clueless. The rooms are spartan but have all the basics. BUT, my room was dirty (hair in the sink and candle wax all over the desk). It looked barely cleaned from the last guest. There were not enough towels (only one) for a room with a jacuzzi and there were NO wash clothes.

Jacuzzi in room-wonderful. Friendly staff Close to the nj Path trains into NY..0nly 22.00 roundtrip

-Maintenance issues-light out in bathroom all week. Carport area could use some sprucing up -No microwave or refrig in room. Had to throw out left-overs

Dirty, broken, and staff were less then helpfull when they over charged my account twice.... Worst hotel stay ever.

No room service no ironing board the iron was burned at the bottom had to go get towels on my own no wash Cloths towels was rough and Ripped for a 3 star hotel very poor quality.

The jacuzzi was awesome.

This place is creepy! The smell that people say is at this place, was obviously weed. The place is huge! It reminds me of the shining! My boyfriend and I wanted to explore, and I was scared to open doors! I dis not feel comfortable the whole stay there. Every noise I heard had me worried. It was a different experience, creepy, and I won't be staying again

Beautiful facility in a very convenient location. My wife and I were spending time together. Our comitments force us to be apart temporarily. The hotel allowed us to spend quality time together.

The toilet did not flush well. The manager had to personally come to adress the problem. (It was good to see his personal involvement. That was comforting.) The bathroom sink drained very slowly. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign. These problems displeased us.

Good value. Came here on Sunday night and got great price on the King with Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi filled very slowly, but was worth the wait.

I got a great rate, in a great hotel, in a great location for the Convention Center in Edison, NJ.

The pillows weren't that great but they did the job.

No microwave, fridge, or DVD player. Also no ice at the time of our stay!

Very clean and big room with huge bed and first time the bed spread was one entire thing not out of layers. Also the personnel was very friendly and helpful.When we overslept it was absolutely no problem that we could check out later.A very good experience and totally recommendable.

Coffee Maker did not work! Service lady in Breakfast room and front desk clark did not meet their service.

Where do I start... - departed greatness (1, 2 stars max) - unprofessional staff - most of the time the reception was unmanned - the restaurant next door was totally empty and seems to be used for Indian parties only - in the middle of nowhere - lack of maintenance in- and around the premises and don't get fooled with "free continental breakfast", it is not free when you made reservations via Booking.com, you need to pay $5. having "breakfast" in the small city is highly recommended. Tip: Book something at Raritan Center, close-by the train station Metropark, much cleaner and better options.
