The rooms were comfortable & spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Transfers to the parks was hassle-free. The pool felt a little bit dirty & as all hotels, the towels were worn and course.

You can't beat the price and an amazing location. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Shops, attraction spots. Nice remodeled rooms. Clean. I've gone twice. First time we were facing International Dr. And the 2nd visit the highway. Would definitely ask for the view of International Dr. For our next visit. But overall great hotel and would totally recommend!

I loved the location the best! The room was just right! When I asked for more towels I received them right away! I will recommend this hotel to others! The only thing I didn't like was the parking! My last night of staying I to drive in a complete circle around the hotel twice, in order to find a parking spot.

My family and I have stayed at many hotels where things have been omited from the room when cleaned , however when Housekeeping cleaned the room they forgot to leave sheets for the babycot. This was not a big deal it was immediately taken care of. As soon as of hung up with rhe desk a knock came and they came in and made the cot and apologized. It made us feel good that the staff took thier job seriously

Couldn't believe how nice the hotel was, for that price and in that location! I plan to go back and I would def recommend others; on this trip I was actually just doin a wknd get a way with my mom but def plan to go back with my fiancé. ....Great location

The Rosen Inn was easy to locate. The staff was especially friendly upon check - in. The room was very clean. Hooked up to WiFi. The resort seems to have been recently renovated and all amenities made our stay relaxing and the cafe and restaurant were enjoyable. The staff at the travel desk gave us several ideas for fun. Parking was great, had to attend several days events at the Orange Convention Center and the walk was easy. Left automobile at the Rosen Inn which has a gated parking area. Safe and secure. Would certainly return.

The beds were comfortable It was trouble .I stayed for one night.The bathroom was not clean. I could not sleep well ,because the serves room knocked my room twice .The first one was at 10 o'clock am asked me to check out !!! even though the check out was at 11 o'clock. The second time was after a half hour, they again knocked the door asking me to change the ac filter ,even though I did not ordre any changing!! In fact ,The guy was rong , he got confused with the room number!!

good location, comfortable rooms accidentally found outlet mall nearby not hospitable personnel, did not like breakfast for additional money The hotel itself offers better options. May be not a big deal but felt a bit disappointed.

Convenient location for attractions , shopping and eating. Comfortable rooms and beds with very nice furnishings well maintained facility most suitable for families with children attending local attractions Our stay was too short..one night on the back end of a conference weekend where we stayed at another Rosen Hotel which was top class!

Booking.com put us in a hotel that was being renovated but moved quickly to fix the mistake when we called. The woman helping us did an excellent job, stayed with us until she found us a hotel in the location we wanted, and gave us an excellent value in the Rosen Inn. We were very happy with the whole experience and will use booking.com again. The Rosen Inn was an excellent hotel, the rooms were large, clean and well appointed and the customer service was exceptional. Many thanks for a very good hotel.
