Close to the I-Ride, bus stop and on International Drive. Good rates, newly renovated and clean I did not find the staff very friendly or helpful |

Food and beverage staff and bell boys were great.Very friendly and helpful Didnt like the treatment at the reception, they were all very nervous all the time, no smiling most of the times. |

It is a good hotel, excelent place, price and rooms We had some difficulties because the elevator was broken during all my trip (six days) and we were on 6ht floor. |

The hotel is competitively priced aswell as being in the centre of everything on International Drive therefore it appeals to everyone whether you have a hire car or not. Music in Zebra Sports Bar was very behind the times, and is in serious need of updating. |

24 hour shop open nice music been played in the recepion all day clean towels every day at the pool plenty of security around having to pay a service charge for drinks bought in the bar and bringing them outside to drink |

The beds were comfortable,room was big. It was quiet,loved the security,game room and the little 24hr convinience store in the property.It was close to a large variety of restaurant.It was a really pleasent visit.For the rate, I couldnt ask for more. |

Great location (30 minute drive from Walt Disney World) lots of restaurants just across the road from the hotel. It was a bit noisy due to the highway nearby. Excellent personal at the reception, large parking. |

I stayed there during the recent American College of Cardiology meeting. It was the best for the purpose. The room was fine, facilities good, great value with no down side. The location is outstanding for attending a convention. The staff was very helpful This really applies more to booking.com than the hotel. I originally booked 3/29 and 3/30. I needed to extend the stay to 3/28. but I would arrive actually at 12:30 AM on 3/29. When I made the reservation I was told that 12:30 on 3/29 was 3/29 and covered by my reservation on 3/29. Of course check in for 3/29 is 4PM on 3/29, not 12:30AM. I queried the booking. |

1,5 jaar geleden ook hier verbleven en toen vonden we de kamers redelijk.Tot onze verrassing waren de kamers allemaal op zo,n manier gerenoveerd dat het bijzonder goed vertoeven was in dit hotel. |

Me parecio muy bueno y confortable, el personal es muy amable y atento, con respecto al hotel no tengo de que quejarme, mi queja seria con bookin.com ya que cuando llegue al hotel super cansada del viaje para registrarme mi sorpresa fue que decia que mi reserva estaba cancelada!!! tuve que esperar en el loby mientras averiguaban que habia pasado, me resolvieron el problema me consiguieron una habitación pero tuve que pagar un precio diferente al acordado en el momento que hice la reservación a travez de bookin.com solo que no cambian las sabanas todos los dias... |

A localizaçao é excelente, pertinho de tudo e fica entre os 2 mais importantes outlets de Orlando, o Premium e o Prime outlet. O hotel foi todo reformado. Recomendo sim. |

Foi totalmente reformado e, portanto, os quartos estao renovados. Haviam poucas maquinas de lavar e secar roupas e, portanto, estavam todas congestionadas e tive de esperar mais de 1 h para poder utiliza-las. |

Fomos bem recebidos, so demorou um pouco o atendimento no check in. O que eu achei mais legal neste hotel foi a liberdade de entrar e sair, sem ser incomodada por funcionarios. Acho que eles poderiam tb contratar funcionários que falem português para facilitar nossa hospedagem e informações já que haviam muitos brasileiros hospedados lá. |
