Good sized room.
Rooms were clean, staff was great, good location
Air conditioner did not work
ice machine broken, otherwise perfect. could use more info on Salinas instead of just Monterey
Facing the street, highway - very noisy. Can not keep windows open. Stayed here only because all other hotels were booked or were priced at double the normal rate. It was an event filled weekend. This is a basic, no frills hotel. I would not normally stay at a Quality let alone pay $300 for a low end hotel...however there were no other choices. It is clean...but very basic.
The manager was awesome; very informative about the surrounding area. The bed was super comfortable and the TV had a lot of good channels.
The bathroom floor was a little dirtier than expected and one of the electric outlets was out of the wall- although working.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The receptionist seemed anoyed. Not very friendly at all. It seems that they charged more than what was actually agreed on.
Clean room, staff friendly, room a good size.
towels rough, breakfast bad. air conditioner nosily.
The manager was very nice and helpful. It was in walking distance of several places to eat. The beds were nice and the room was clean, had a fridge and microwave which we needed. Breakfast was nice because it had eggs.
It was over priced that weekend for what I got. The air conditioner was so load when it turned on you couldn't hear the TV. I would have to turn it up and down. Old style TV needs to be updated. The cleaning staff didn't throw away empty cups from tables and left the ironing board and didn't clean out the coffee maker. It was a bit noisy due to be so close to freeway.
Location, Staff and manager were very friendly and helpful.
Furniture and facility a little worn and outdated. Needs an update.
Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom had no ventilation. The thermostat in the room didn't work at all so it was very hot.
Mr Patel made our group of 8 feel welcome. Great job on check in. Directed us to a dinner location and on top of that a great breakfast.
Nothing all was good
It was quiet, clean.
Clean, comfortable, quiet room.
Only one ice machine and it was broken.
Right off the freeway, convenient,
Many prostitues around the hotel, very noisy hotel, lots of stairs, very small breakfast room, had to eat outside, filthy carpeting, tears in carpeting, dusty dirty carpet smell, hairs on towels, no sound insulation in rooms, slept for 1 hour all night, a horrible hotel, I cannot believe it is part of the Quality Inn chain, was worse tham the Hotel 6 hotel next door !
location was okay--noisy from freeway
poor wi-fi service, server kept crashing blow dryer for hair did not work
Room was clean, good bed and pillows. Coffee maker and mini refrigerator in room.
Towels were thin. View was of the freeway. Elevator did not work 1 night and we were on the 3rd Floor.
It was very seedy looking and smelling Not impressed at all
Close to good restaurants. Reasonable rates on holiday weekend. Not far from beachside attractions.
The manager was extremely helpful and charming. We stayed two nights, the room was spotless and the bed and facilities were of a high standard. We had an upper floor room and there was a lift which was unusual! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. It was good value for money, and was the nearest place we could afford to stay near Carmel / Monterey. Would recommend the in/ out burger place across from the motel. Summing up Facilities excellent. Location not so good.
The location was a fair distance from Monterey about 50 mins drive. There was not a lot of restaurants near by. Salinas is a much poorer area than Carmel/ Monterey and we did not venture very far after dark. The room charge differed dramatically (upwards) for the same room from Friday to Saturday night which we felt was unreasonable.
I liked the price and the fact that it had a flat screen tv however small.
The drug dealers, prostitutes, and people hanging out in front of my room. The room looked old and the Wifi never worked. The guy at the front desk (which was always the same person does not care about it not working. I would never stay at this hotel again.
