No TV remote WiFi not working Dirty room bathroom sink cracked very cheap/thin towels
I loved the location and everyone was so nice! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the atmosphere! I would stay again!
Staff was friendly, location was great next to restaurants, gas stations and a small strip mall.
some garbage placed outside some rooms by guest seems to stay there a little too long before being picked up and disposed of it
great value for the money, free continental breakfast.
shortage of staff, rooms being cleaned and serviced 5 or 6 pm in the evening, ONLY (1) washer and (1) dryer for over a hundred guest(s) didn't make a lot of sense to me. Occasional roaches in the rooms. foul orders in the carpet and curtains. Make note, that we have been here for over 3 weeks working on our fourth, as our apt will not be ready until Oct 1st. Equipment in the gym was poorly maintained and (2) of the units were broken, non functional

I hated the place my room was not clean I wish I could of got my money back never will i stay here again
It was horrible nothing good it need a whole new hotel and staff
The locatin which was near the mall and restaurants
The only thing could about this establishment was that the housekeeper was super accommodating when we needed towels changed out
We checked into a room that smelled like urine and had to ask to switch . The room we switched to had furniture ( mirrors, etc ) that hadn't been wiped down , the towels were not folded , the remote buttons for sound were reversed and you could only go down in channels, and the air conditioning was hanging off the wall. The worst part of the trip was at night when we realized only one bed had a comforter and the other just had a sheet. I asked the front desk for a comforter and she said she was the only one there and couldn't help me. We weren't expecting anything fabulous for the money we paid since we would barely be in the room. However we did expect the basics
The room was awful, smelled moldy and there were live and dead roaches in our rooms,we were just praying for the night to over the cancelled our Sunday plans checked out early and went back home
Not clean. Paid too much for what room had to offer
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms were old looking, uncovered electrical sockets, air conditioners that either worked poorly or not at all. Places in the walls were it looked like someone almost punched through it. And ants in the room.
I liked that it was in a decent location for the price. Would have been better if closer to downtown but for the price it was well worth it.
The wifi in the establishment was set up but it seemed impossible to actually get connected to use it.
could use some updating
No Wi-Fi connection up stairs
The front desk staff were helpful. Perkins breakfast is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. If your looking for perfect, then this hotel may not be for you. For a few nights it's a good value.
I can never seem to get a parking space in front of my room. The housekeeping staff are two older very nice people, however the hotel is too big for just 2 housekeepers. I have stayed several times and one time the room will be immaculate and the next it would need some work. Maybe a housekeeping supervisor would be beneficial.
Room dilapidated air conditioning broken, smoke detector chirping because battery dead, no available batteries had to be disconnected. Phone broken could not call desk . Room over 100degrees.no other rooms available at econolodge or in savannah. Worst night of my life. Sketchy location.
the first room the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Then when we moved to another room the towels were nasty and the bathroom wall had holes in them. I would never stay at this hotel again
It smell really bad and half of the light are broke dirty toilet and tub and running toilet. I Hate it worst hotel ever
Malodorous room. Bathroom vents were clogged with some thing that looked like it was alive The toilet was not cleaned. The bowl had a ring around in it. The towels were dingy. There was molded loaves of bread in the drawers and there were several fire hazards; such as uncovered wall sockets.
The bugs in our room The smell Double charging my credit card The price The service
There honstly nothing I could say about my stay at econo lodge that is good
First when I opened the door to our room it smelled of urine, there was holes in walls and rotted wood at base board. The carpet was nasty and mirror in bathroom nasty and the toliet seat was broken. When I asked for money back was told they could not and asked for another room they reluctantly gave us one which was a little better but felt and smelled unclean. The manager defended it when I complained. She was hateful about it.. Later I read the reviews and out of the 70 reviews there may have been maybe 4 good reviews and I am thinking it's was employee who did those. I can't believe booking. Com doesn't read reviews before recommending them? I will never again stay somewhere without first reading the reviews and checking it out first.
it was nice ,clean,n great for the money, love the pool n the restrunt it is a nice place to stay n I would tell my family n friends
wi-fi was poorly,n got lock out of our room, the keys just stop working
1. I booked thorugh booking.com but hotel didnt receive the booking information. I was just lucky to get the room. 2. There were no towels available in the room. I dialed the front desk, guest service and housekeeping numbers from hotel but nobody answered. I went to lobby to inform that we dont have towels in the room and receptionist handed over bunch of towels to me. 3. AC was not functioning properly. It was hot all the day and no body came to fix it. 4. Wi-Fi didnt work for me at all. It might be cheapest in the town but definitely not value for money. I strongly suggest not to opt this lodge even if you want to save money. totally not worth it.
It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Cockroaches on the walls, room was trashed, and they charged me for three rooms when I only had one.
The price and location were excellent.
The rooms were okay but they could use a little updating. Or bathroom light didn't work the whole time we were there. The facility was way better than I had expected though.
