Unfresh (old carpet) odor in the room, poor ventilation in the room

The girl that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the fact that when I called the hotel a couple days later to see if they found a blanket I had left in the room they held on to it and had it at the front desk for me to pick up.

I really liked how the people at the front desk were very friendly and customer orientated. I'm talking about the ones that picked us up at the airport and the ones that checked us out. Very nice people.

No eating places nearby.

Good position, very close to the tramway to the city and the airport. Room was clean, comfortable and big. Bed was also ver comfortable.

1st room needs updating. Bath room fixtures were loose and leaking. Carpet felt moist and appeared soiled. 2nd room was much better except for carpet same as first room.

Evening staff were exceptionally nice. Breakfast attendant was accommodating and helpful despite her lack of English language skills. These people deserve and excellent rating. However, the morning people brought my rating down to good.

Early morning female front desk attendant and male van driver were borderline rude. She was sarcastic with a pleasant tone of voice. Van driver was a Richard Petty wannabe!!!! These two would get a rating of fair.

It really fits our needs. Our family lives in the city and we come in late at night. There is an airport shuttle which is efficient and the driver is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and wifi works. Breakfast is very nice, waffles oatmeal, juice, eggs etc and the price cannot be beat. A real find. THe location is a bit far so we usually move into a city property for the bulk of our stay.

Very convenient place to stay after a long flight. Room was confortable.

It's located near the Max tram, at about 20 min. From city center. It has a free shuttle to and from airport.

No restaurant (except for breakfast), only vending machines. Internet is not fast, although it' s reasonable. It has few things around, to eat or buy. Location is poor, if you want to walk and not going by tram.

The location was perfect for our purposes. Only minutes from the shopping center we were there to visit. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, and the reasonable rate. We will definately stay here again, on our next trip.

The room (number 111) was clean - however 3 complaints about the room.: 1. No place to hang clothing. 2. No chair to sit, relax, read or watch TV. 3. In adequte light for reading when one has poorer vision. The personnel were great. The room was clean. I have no other complaints. I usually use Comfort,Choice an d am hAPPY NORMALLY. vince Neuman

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel was surprisingly quiet for the location.

You have to walk outside reception to accommodation

Good quality all round..Price was good. Booked sort of last minute and would have preferred to stay downtown however the light rail system is literally right behind the hotel and it can take you everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool adequate and clean. Breakfast included in stay and was suprised at the variety. Would stay there again and also recommend this hotel to anyone.

Could use certain upgrades.

Almost everything I want to see and have in a 2-3 star hotel/inn. No complaints actually and also, my kids love the place.

Nothing, we loved everything specially the breakfast!

The inn was full that night. We needed transportation to the airport, but the scheduled shtttle trips were full for the time that suited us. We therefore took one an hour earlier than desired. Perhaps the inn could anticipate such an overload and run three shuttles per hour, not just two.

Right by the train line so very good location for going downtown and not having to drive. Very nice and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

How close it is to the shopping areas

Gap in the base of the door, no Internet LAN socket, Could use a little better sound dampening between each rooms.. Neighbours Doors slams hard could hear from it very loudly.
