I made pre-arrangements with your Manager for a shuttle pick up at the
Airport at 9:00 am. The shuttle didn't arrive 'til 1:30 pm and
the Hotel shuttle didn't come from your Hotel? The driver was
extremely nice and helpful, you need him on your team--trust me). I made
9 phone calls to your Hotel, asking where is the shuttle? When I arrive
at your Hotel, your shuttle van was just sitting there, engine ice cold.
In fact, the entire weekend that shuttle Van did not move an inch. When
it came to depart, The Ramada Inn shuttle took us to the Airport. Io
don't want to be rude or forward however, if that Ramada Inn shuttle
Van was in a vehicle accident ( which I'm glad we weren't) both
Hotell's would be liable for a lawsuit? Found out that the Manager
from the Ramada Inn is the brother to the Manager to your lHotel. Also,
your Manager called me a liar stating that she didn't leave me at
the Airport for over 4 hours? I had names that I gave her and the
shuttle driver name as well, they also told her. When I arrived in the
room, I noticed that there was only 2 handtowel a, 2 washcloths, and a
footmat bath mat). So, I had to go to the laundry room and ask for 2
bath towels. Now, I see why it took so long for a shuttle pick up, there
was only one person working along with a child helping. Went back to the
room and noticed that the sheets were stained on the left side of the
bed, the phone did not work( ask for a wake up call-- did not receive),
the alarm clock did not work as well.
The mattress was very comfortable and I loved your down goose
comfortable!! Thank you.
