The front desk clerk was very helpful and polite. I was only there overnight so I didn't require much contact with other members of the staff but I would certainly stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington again. It's very convenient to the Mall of America too ... a trip for another time! The address takes you to the back of the building which was a little confusing. |

It was very close and easy to get to the Mall of America. It was also a short distance from France Ave which is where the Galleria and Container Store is located. The only way to have the light on in the bathroom is with the fan. |

We took our Grandson and his friend to a Twins game, they enjoyed the pool while I enjoyed the hot tub. The staff was very cordial about explanations on how to use the shuttle to the Mall of America and then telling us where to go in the mall to catch the transit system to the game. It made our stay relaxing because we didn't have to deal with traffic. |

the convenience of how close it was to the mall of america and the price we paid. the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. the receptionist was very friendly, but the cleaning staff for the breadfast was very rude and unfriendly. otherwise everything else was fine. |

Very kind & helpful staff, great breakfast with lots to choose from! Room was nice for the price! The pool (it actually may have been the hot tub??) had waaaay too much chlorine; we could only stand to be in the room for about 10 minutes until our eyes were so irritated we had to leave. |

The bed When we went to check in our reservation did not show up the in hotel computer. I had wrote everything down and they found our reservation somehow!!!! Also the cleaning staff cleaned tables, the inside and outside of the garbage can and then back to cleaning tables. |
