It would be nice if handicap room had a walk in shower instead is stepping to bathtub

It was closet to MOA. We were in Bloomington for the Mothers Day Breast Cancer Walk.

Hot Tub was gross. The room was a bit dirty and smelt. There were used Q-Tips laying behind the chair. Our window looked like someone had tried to break in at some point. Bed was uncomfortable as we're the pillows.

Shuttle to the Mall Of America

It was drab, looked unclean, great if your into the retro 70s the carpet made me feel sick.

Room was very comfortable.Pretty good location.In general,nice place.

I was very, very upset that I could not use the pool before checking out Monday morning.Was told they put chemicals in to clean the pool. Thatsgreat, but wait until after check out time.I was so disappointed I could not relax in the spa. That alone will keep me from ever going there gain!

Comfortable clean and reasonably priced room.

Check in took over 1 1/2 hours -waste of time when I had already reserved and paid for a room.

Self-service breakfast with limited scope, no fruit salad option for example and very limited hot options. But then I am used to British breakfasts which tend to be made to order

Hidden fees for parking, while flying to the airport increased our room fee by nearly 65%-the web did not indicate there was a fee & we found out only while checking in. This fee was higher by far than other hotels.

It was clean and very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money.

Pool shut down, no allowance for this....traveling w/kids. Requested extra blanket & 2 pillows, was told they had none!!!!

There was a lingering smell in the room,went to walmart & bought a room spray. Remote to the tv wasn't working, inform staff(Gloria) try trouble shooting, didn't work. Did offer us another room,she was pleasant.

The shuttle service to the Mall of America was great! Quiet room. Maintenance was sent to our room due to our card key not working right,and the handy man was there within a few minutes!

The breakfast room was too small, we had to "fight" over food and stand in line for a long while. The hot tub wasnt hot enough (only 84degrees)

Very nice staff. Hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Was able to get 20% off the already low price of the room by going to bloomington- coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the price received thru booking.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. Booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Kids loved the indoor waterpark at the radisson.

Alot of traffic at Breakfast. Staff stayed very busy keeping everything stocked, but it being spring break, the line was long and sitting limited. Mall is expensive; so take advantage of the coupons.

Spacious rooms that were clean. Very affordable.

Understaffed. Took a half hour to check in.

Our room had not had a thorough cleaning after the previous guest. There was blond hair on the toilet and brown hair in the tub. A frame fell off of the wall and hit me in the head. The frame was not nailed to the wall, it was only attached with a sticky substance! We left the hotel and moved to another hotel due to the uncleanliness. When I spoke with the hotel manager she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She didn't acknowledge the incident at all. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Great price, but filthy. The cleaning staff needs training. I am a frequent business traveler and have never had an experience like this....EVER.

I booked this on Quality Inn website (bookings.com) and the price that printed on my reservation receipt didn't match what the receptionist quoted me when I arrived saturday night, it was $99.00 instead of $79.00 and she said she couldn't do anything about it. When I checked out the lady did change the price to $79 as booked. There were no towels both times we went down to the pool.

Our room had not been cleaned......hair/shavings in the shower and sink, stuff on the bathroom counter, hairs on the sheets, floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned.

For a non-smoking facility there was considerable smoking odor in our room. Smoking was also commonly occurring within 25' of building entrances. Rooms were not equipped with DVD playing devices.

It's across the street from a Walmart

Pool should stay open layer...Room service denied us more towels...asked us "What For". When checking out did not receive a "thank you for staying" like she stated to next person checking out. Will find better hotel for next stay

Convenience to airport and MOA. Good pricing for multiple night stay.

our room had not been cleaned. The bed was dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom garbage still in the garbage cans and floor not cleaned. Told front desk and his answer was oh.

They only had part of our registration and the lady told use even though I SHOWED HER MY COPY OF THE AGREEMENT she was unable to do anything unless I call the number on my copy

The staff was very friendly and helpful, walmart it's just across the street and the shuttle bus was always at time.

Poor cleaning staff

Liked the price and LOVED the coffee!
