Too much noise from hiway
We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida. The location is great, right off I-95 in an area with restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean in every area, our room was very large with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower! A breakfast with hot and cold food is also included. There is a good restaurant within a few minutes walk for dinner. The only other comment I can make is that this is a hotel with outside entrances which means the airconditioner is in the room and so there is some noise from that. I would definitely stay there again though.
If you have mobility issues there is no elevator to get to the second floor so ask for a room on the ground floor.
Everything was done professionally.
Right next to Target and a mall. Literately behind it.
Breakfast was included but poor. We were told breakfast was served at check in but made no mention about eggs bein "recalled". That's what we were told the morning after when we went to eat.
people are very accomodating and they serve a very nice breakfast
facility needs to be updated
Location to restaurants and shopping.
A little noisy.
Close to Civic Center
I think I booked the last room in the hotel. Ice Machine Right out of door,Noisy as hell House Keepers turn down thermostat to 68 when they fix rooms
The room was clean, and my request that the room be aired out and cleared of any perfumed cleaners was heeded.
This hotel is at the juncture of 2 major highways, thus it is loud. I was assigned a room at the front of the hotel, so it was even louder (FYI, driving out I noticed the neither Red Roof nor Fairfield Inn have rooms facing the road, and the Hilton Garden is farther back from the road). There is no soundproofing at all in the rooms. I heard conversations, yelling, dogs barking (this is a pet friendly hotel), doors opening and shutting constantly, and my neighbor snoring loudly. Being exhausted already from 10 hours on the road, I asked to be moved, but was told that only 1 smoking room was available. Finally, at 2am my neighbor stopped snoring, and I was left with only road noise until the checkouts began at 330. Adding insult to injury, housekeeping began pounding on doors and yelling at 9am. Bottom line is, if you need to sleep don't stay at Quality Inn in Florence. Had I wanted to face the rest of my trip exhausted and dangerous on the road, I could have driven thru the night and saved $100.
A party was going on in room next to mine; required a phone call to the management around 10:00 p.m.. Her response helped quiet things down but the occupants were out of control.
The desk staff were very friendly and very helpful with local information. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Housekeeping staff understood my schedule and accommodated me for refreshing my room during my stay. Will definitely stay here again!
The room air was extremely dry - had to run the shower just to get some moisture into the air.
the breakfast was good.
there aren't ANY grab bars in the showers...Not good for the elderly. Also, room was on the small side.
The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean, very comfortable. This was our second stay there and both times it was wonderful. Breakfast was great!
The drapes didn't block the light very well and it was hard to sleep.
Close to highway services are located nearby
Not Clean you don't feel secure
Breakfast was fantastic!
Ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful with check in. Breakfast was good.
Not enough seats to eat breakfast. Others guests could be heard from other room
