cleanliness and friendly staff

Customer service was excellent! We were greeted every time we walked in the front door. When one of our group members was too ill to check out after we had already been given a later checkout time, the staff allowed her to stay in the room several more hours. They could not have been more accommodating.

The bathtub drained very slowly and the last day we were there the toilet leaked badly enough to leave a good bit of water on the floor. Everything else was fine and the room was clean.

The staff is very friendly and they will help you if you need anything. Our room was big and comfortable Breakfast was good also, has a lot of things to eat

The staff were super friendly and very helpful with directions and advice to local attractions. They even helped us to settle quickly as possible so we could take our city tour from the hotel itself.

Parking is separate from the hotel and a bit inconvenient but was otherwise secure.

The staff was very nice and took care of all our requests very quickly. The hotel was located right off Canal which made travel very easy.

The room we stayed in was a little small but we did not spend much time in the room, if we were not sleeping.

Staff was great! The person who checked me in remembered my name through out our stay. Location was perfect! Showers were great with lots of hot water. Parking was easy @ $15 per day.

The location was excellent for access to the French Quarters. The cost of the room was great. The hotel was very clean and was quiet. We enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Location very close to the French Quarter and fairly quiet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

on arrival the man behind the front desk was very courteous and went out of his way to help, when I booked there was only a queen left, he was able to get me a twin which was my preference in the quiet part of hotel, the young gentleman that help us with our luggage and parking was a pleasure, breakfast lady was also very helpful, location of hotel was excellent for me as I was running the marathon and it was very convenient to start line

Excellent staff who were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Parking offsite for an additional charge plus the "valet" personnel scratched the front bumper going around a corner too tightly. I did not notice it until I was long gone.

Easy access to Bourbon street, Trolley and French Quarter. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking 1/2 the cost of other hotels and close.

This is a basic but very well maintained and clean property. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place.
