The front desk people were friendly. The bed was fair and the price was not too bad. The carpet looked dirty, hair dryer did not work, the tv was an old beat up console sitting on a table, and the coffee pot leaked all over the counter. The sofa in the sitting room was very uncomfortable.

Proximity to zoo and surrounding attractions 2 tvs that didn't work... one had really poor cable signal (kids couldn't watch) and the other had really good cable signal, but the picture was so dark and dark red you couldn't really tell what was on on most chanels. Even the football fields were red! Also, walls aren't very good at keeping noises out.

It was a comfortable atmosphere and very friendly and helpfull staff. The huge pothole at the entrance of the driveway that allmost swallowed my full size pickup.

The management was very good. They were friendly, courteous, helpful.It was very near everything we were attending which made it so convenient.I Would definely stay there again if attending some event in the Dublin area. If the weather were nicer I would have liked a Pool. So I would recommend having one there. Access to the daily Columbus newspaper would have been nice. (We had to leave the hotel and shop for one) Also a roster of the local Churches would be helpful --locations and times of services.
