front desk lady named connie super nice!!
bed was hard : (
Hotel was situated in a nice, well-lit area off of the interstate. Many stores and restaurants are within minutes of the of the hotel location. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent compared to some of the other hotels that we've visited. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Hot tub was inoperable and pool water was less than lukewarm during our stay. I wasn't very happy with this, since these amenities were among one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. Informed the staff about this upon checking out and was hoping for a discount on our room, but received an apology instead.
We had A nice room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
The room was very clean and quite large. The maid service was excellent. Location was right off I-70 and since we were traveling east, this was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful with hot/cold choices.
The fan to the air conditioner was noisy.
Unfortunately our room had an air condioner that had been leaking for a considerable time as the floor was soaked from the wall to the bed. It was so uninviting to step on, we had to put multiple towels down.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, family enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The TV was easy to navigate.
The air conditioner seemed to take forever to cool the room but once it did the room was comfortable
person who checked us in got me an even better discount because I had choice hotel discounts that I forgot I had signed up for. Very clean, comfortable room and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
Location and convenience
They did not have my reservation in their system and had to be forced to find me accommodations. The hotel they found me was in a terrible location.
The staff was the best at what they do. They both went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were just what we needed
The rooms were outdated and the hallway smelled like mold
The lady Front desk manager.
Everything but the lady front desk manager was awful, we didn't even get the room we were supposed to, and the night guy couldn't have cared less while I was very upset. We came on a nascar weekend, so every where was booked. If there was any other place we could've stayed we would've left. The first room was a health department issue, there was not a clean inch in the place. The second was not as bad, but I wouldn't have paid for it...ever...even homeless! Worst place I've ever stayed!!! I want going to post but if some one else doesn't have this experience, if the hotel has a chance to fix it, I guess it's worth it.
NOTHING BUT BAD. carpets dirty and stained. sauna room broke. Hot tub shooting water about a foot above the rim. Scum layer on indoor pool could not see bottom. Also check your biscuits Ours had mold on them. Told the hostess and she just said really and walked off.
Noticed our bathroom floor was damp by the end of the evening there were puddles of water on the floor from water leaking out from under the bathtub. Black mold all along the tub where the shower curtain covered when open.
hot tubs were broke
