Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport  

Desk Clerk was very nice late at night when I checked in and checked out! Same gal!

There was an employee stocking or cleaning out cupboards during breakfast hours, 7 AM. There was boxes all over the floor and I couldn't get to the coffee machine without running into empty boxes. I felt it was unsafe, especially since I just had a knee replacement. I am unstable still on my feet.No apologies were given and she continued to have boxes scattered around the breakfast room.

It was fine. It was convenient and comfortable and pet friendly. It was "on the way," not a destination. Staff helpful in choosing a restaurant.

The cotton/polyester towels. I understand cost/ wearing costs, but they are icky. Get 100% cotton.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Quiet. Restaurant on grounds.

No elevator!!! We were assigned a 2nd story room to begin with but had it changed. Our Choicepriviledges card was not honored because we did not book direct. Confusion...

Fairly priced breakfast was good

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and spacious.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We are able to park our car there while we fly out to a family emergency. The airport shuttle is great and they will collect us at the airport when we return. The food was good and well displayed.

The towels and such were thinning. and the room could have been a bit cleaner around the edges and baseboards.

The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are always so clean and the beds are super comfortable! Love the showers too. Great water pressure and wonderful massage shower head! The coffee in the lobby is always fresh and delicious! You cant beat the price for the wonderful stay here!

The location is excellent as was the mattress! Quite comfortable. The staff were friendly yet not but did their job well so I can't really complain. Overall a great place to stay!!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable....and very quiet

My husband is in a mobility chair and the restroom could not accommodate him and his chair.....also the continental breakfast lounge was to crowded with chairs and tables set too close together...he could not even get in much less get to the food....I had to grab a few things on a plate and take it to him in his room.

restaurants close-by are mediocre and filthy staff: not friendly, they don't want to work there and it shows, were in a rush to go smoke outside, if I'm Quality Inn, I don't want people like that being the face of my company. A simple smile would have been all we asked for..

The mattress was extremely comfortable. I was happily surprised. The room was also spacious and clean which was a perk.

Because of the time we arrived, there were not a lot of parking spots left. We had to park under trees with birds and my car was messy the next morning.

The room was larger and much nicer than we have experienced at many facilities in the same or even higher price ranges.

Sound from the neighboring room (connected via a door) was a bit intrusive; sound proofing could have been better for adjoining rooms.

The room was average. I didnt know why people have given rave reviews about it. The bathroom needed some work. The room was small for a family with 2 small kids. Overall, the room was ok for a night stay during a long trip. But I would not visit it again if I were planning for a weekend stay in Medford. However, the cost was good. I treat it as a budget hotel. Nothing more.

Friendly people, the facilities was clean, smelled clean, very nice and the room appealing to the eye I stayed there twice. On the way down to Calf. and than on the way home and I could had stayed in any of the other motels in the area, but the Quality Inn gave you more than what you paid for. The breakfast was satisfying. My friend and I were very happy with our choice

The breakfast time could had been offer for a little long hours and more of a variety. Exercise room was very inadequate and the thread mill was unuse- able. It was upstairs down a very long lighted hall and I felt very uneasy walking there alone.
