    The price $99 /day. Went to comicon with friends and we wanted just a clean place to sleep. It had the basics. Bed, shower and a freezer for food. It was clean and free wifi. That's all we we're looking for and that's what we got.

    check out & leaving...

    no amenities (microwave, refrigerator, sitting chair) in the room... television visibility was poor, the window did not lock/ secure...while ironing my clothes, the ironing board broke and collapsed...no hot water in the bathroom sink, the shower water was very cold then extremely hot...with of the ongoing issues with the room, they attempted to credit me $15.00 of the $104.50 total cost of booking...

    Close to where I needed to go.

    1. They couldn't find my booking even though I showed them the email from you. 2. They charged me $11.00 more then the price you quoted. 3. There was no shower curtain in our room when we arrived. 4. The shower wasn't working properly. 5. The newly installed furniture was to large for the room and 2 of three lights in room had no bulbs. 6. There was no parking

    Front desk service was friendly, informative and helpful. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. Continental breakfast selection was great. Definitely plan to stay again on next visit.

    I loved how the front desk clerk in the morning was so helpful she was quick to fix the mistake of the night clerk and gave me no problems great job that is what customer service is about

    I had a reservation to check in at the quality inn originally so when I went in the night front desk clerk was a African american women I was in able to get her name but she was very rude to me she said she couldn't find my reservation so I attempted to give her the number she cut me off and said your reservation doesn't matter the price changed because she just checked me in without using the reservation this lady was so rude I was shocked at her behavior while I stood in the lobby I noticed she was rude to multiple people on the phone this lady has terrible customer service and if I wasn't so tiredthe hotel would have lost my business I hope the management here speaks to this women about customer service

    I loved the BRAND NEW CARPET!!! They just changed hands and are putting in new furniture too…The Breakfast is fresh filling and Plentiful. I love this establishment and the staff is sooo helpful. Amanda is the BEST !!! She is so sweet and makes sure you are happy and comfortable, she always does a GREAT job!!! She needs to be promoted and given a raise honestly :)

    Very clean! Loved the breakfast which included fresh made waffles. I have already recommended this hotel to several friends. Great value!

    Location was a bit noisy because of highway on one side and trains on the other. This is probably unavoidable in this area, so I do not fault the hotel operators. Since my boyfriend and I both love trains, we were happy to be on the train side of the hotel.

    Close to areas I was working

    Over all facilities were old, dingy, tv had no remote, Air Conditioner buttons broken, room had an odor. I have stayed at new Quality Inns and have had better facilties and experiences
