Very reasonable

Location is not as convenient as others, But it's such a bargain I really can't complain.

The location was very good, I had business in nearby Santee.

The Staff was disconnected, and could care less. We asked for extra blankets and never received a response after multiple attempts. The rooms were dirty, run down, extremely musty, frankly it was a dump. The last straw was upon departing in the morning, the local police were scaning the parking lot running license plate numbers for those who have warrants. That's always comforting when traveling with my wife.

Our suite had 2 full baths which was good and made it so easy to get ready in the morning. Each room had a tv which my daughter loved. Friendly staff. Ample parking.

The refrigerator needs repairs. Could not use it as we intended. People were smoking in the corridor just outside our rooms, too noisy young teenage neighbours showing pda (public display of affection) made it very uncomfortable to stay with kids. How were they given the rooms in the first place? We just locked ourselves in the room and avoided coming out.

During The weekend a lot of party People.... We Saw police in The morning.... I don't know why??

Nothing, at check in I was given a room, when I got to room it was dark but room door was open and lights on with something or someone inside had to go back and ask for new room, very dirty, drunks and whores, and dealers coming and going all night long, elevator stinks,, doesn't sound good or smell good, spa was closed all weekend and we needed it for sports, my daughter was bit in the bed, never again will we stay at quality inn there was no quality, I asked for non smoking and got a room with partially melted furniture lol. What a joke

Everything except the breakfast was ok junk place not for families

It provided good quality for the price and the location was near where we needed to be.

I can't blame the hotel for this but our "non-smoking" room had been smoked in by previous guests. In fact, someone had dampened toilet paper and pressed it over some of the vents around the sensors. I didn't check to see if the smoke detectors worked but unless the detector was hard wired to power, I would not have been surprised if someone had removed the batteries. It's too bad when people violate the policy.

I have stayed here before. The staff is wonderful, as well as their continental breakfasts.I will stay here again.

The location and the cleanliness

In between a railroad and a highway, so it's a little noisy.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the pool and breakfast. We enjoyed our weekend tremendously.

the property was nice but is in need of maintenance and upgrades...the cleaning staff clearly needs additional training.

I love the staff for starters. They rooms are always clean and smell nice. evry time i need to stay somewhere, i stay at the quality inn and suites in east county.

i did not like all the bees by the pool..

This was my first time ever booking a hotel and the front desk receptionist was very helpful, patient and friendly. I love the environment of feeling important. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast selection was awesome and there beds were way comfy!!!!! I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family because you get your moneys worth!!!! I rate this Hotel a 10. My sister and I had a weekend getaway and enjoyed every second. Keep up the great work and we will be back to visit soon:)

Extremely noisy. Ridiculously noisy.

There was nothing about Quality Inn that was good other than the cleanliness.

Extremely noisy. Kids running up and down the hallway all hours of the night. People laughing and talking right outside your door until 5:00 A.M. People randomly knocking at my door at night. Must have been wrong room. I even had to call down to the front desk at 2:30 to complain about the noise next door. Would never stay at this hotel again especially for $80 for no sleep. Beds were hard as cement. Terrible hotel.

Comfortable, clean, ok breakfast, ample parking including covered.

Heavy perfume in the room

We asked for a crib twice and never got one so my son slept in our bed all night long!
