Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean, room was big and confortable. Free parking.

No sink in the bathroom, only sink inside the room. There was no shuttle from the airport, we waited for nothing and then it cost us to get to the hotel. They said in the reception that we should have announced them we are coming and they would have sent. All other hotels in the area have a shuttle and here at booking.com it says there is one. Also breakfest is served with plastic plates, forks and knives which is teribble. Not a big selection also. In the first morning the eggs finished before we came and nobody replace them or got more. Also the location (in general) airport hotels there, is too far from the city. No reasoable (time speaking) public transportation to the city. I had to rent a car which was an unexpected expense otherwise I would have either get stuck in the room or spend 2 on the bus to the city. I better pay double and stay in the city.

The place was clean and easily accessible from the freeway.

The display sign on the property indicating the AAA discount, then not applying it on the final billing. I will report this to AAA.

The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating!

Price and location good for easy airport access and rooms were very clean.

I loved the proximity of hotel to SFO airport. The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful. My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful. Breakfast (included in price) was good. Boiled and scrambled eggs, pancakes that you could make yourself. Etc. Hulihans restaurant nearby had nice burgers. I had a pleasant and restful stay at the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Good basic breakfast. Good overnight place to stay.

Waiting ONE hour for taxi to be sent to collect us from airport, on arrival. Return taxi, next day, was right on time !

Although it was near the International Airport it was very quiet.

Breakfast was very poor. The lobby smelled like poo. One of our 2 rooms smelled strongly of cologne.

The location for the event I was attending was good.

Value for the cost, room was old and out dated, with broken handle in the bathtub, peeling paint, over all room quality was very disappointing. The toaster at the breakfast was even missing a handle.

The Room are clean, and the breakfast buffet is nice!

All in all it is a nice Place to stay!

Definitely, I mostly appreciated the lovely lady at the front desk - she was very friendly & welcoming - and very helpful! The location was great - a very easy trip into the airport (and the added bonus of the free shuttle was great too). The room size was huge - and the bed was enormous! Very tidy and clean room. Great last night before ending our holiday.

arrangement for leaving our car there during our trip was convenient and affordable, with the airport shuttle on time and simple to arrange. as a plus, we returned from the trip to find our car battery dead, and the staff was very helpful in providing a jump for us, helping us avoid a probable long wait for AAA.

The room that we occupied had a strong "perspiration" odor. Suggestion : shampoo the carpet, it stinks !

Very close to Airport and Car rental, we were not disturbed by the planes. Also San Francisco can be reached easily by car.

When we arrived for breakfast (1/2 h before closure), there was hardly anything left, and re-fill took a long time.
