Shuttle to airport, selections on continental breakfast
Hot water not available when attempting to shower. ....fixed shortly after
The staff was awesome and friendly. We were there for three days. Cleaning staff was very accommodating with giving us new towels when we needed them.
The room smelled very musty and weird, may from it being a 1st floor (basement) room or the air conditioner. The bed was very uncomfortable. Every time one person moved the whole bed moved and was not a restful sleep. Very hard on the joints and back.

Understaffed, didn't have rooms we reserved, poor communicators, old, tired motel. Things were falling off the wall. Would never stay here again. I was very embarrassed that I was the one responsible for reserving this motel. More like a skid row 20 dollar an hour motel.
The ease of pick up at airport and drop off again next morning. Good value for the money.
They could do with a new van
The staff was nice and friendly. The lady that checked us out was extremely nice and even able to correctly pronounce my last name. (Not hard to do but few are able to.)
Parking was an issue the night we spent some time out and didn't return untill after 11:00. The beds were extra firm and hard to sleep on. Some areas of the hotel had a damp musty smell.
The worst thing is they stuck us in basement so safety was an issue as building was not secure
iOne person at desk upon check-in and ignored our arrival. Facilities run down and dated. "Free" breakfast was not ready in morning (no juice, etc.) Room had view of two discarded bathtubs and weeds. Will not go back.
The whole motel needs improvement.
Ok value for money and clean
Breakfast was supposed to be included and though I arrived right in the middle of breakfast time there was almost no food available. Everything had been picked over and very little was left.
Proximity to the airport Night staff was very nice (I think her name was Crystal - very nice and helpful! That's one helpful staff member out of four that we interacted with...)
Where do I begin? Let's talk about the bloodstains on the floor in our basement room. There was one dark red stain on the far end of the room, and two other larger stains closer to the door. My boyfriend and I were both horrified to see bloodstains on the carpet, so went upstairs to ask to please change rooms. After ignoring my presence for a solid minute, I asked if he (who appeared to be the manager) was available to help me, to which he responded, "One minute" and then proceeded to stand there apparently playing "hotter/colder" with his employee about where paper work was located. Finally, he said, "Ok, how can I help you?" I told him about the room and very politely asked to switch rooms. He told me that the entire motel was booked and we couldn't switch rooms. I had been told less than two minutes before that we could upgrade to an available king room. Suddenly, when we complained about bloodstains on the carpet, the place was entirely booked... shocker. The male manager then told me a far-fetched story about how the stains were red hair dye, and that he could confirm this because the woman who stained the carpet called a year after dying her hair in the room to check on the damage. Uh-hu... a likely story. He was extremely condescending and unhelpful and didn't even apologize for the state of the room. He said, "If it makes you feel any better, we are aware of the poor state of the room and are replacing the carpets next month." No, it didn't make me feel any better... at all. The room smelled horrible, like stale smoke and feet. The front desk assured us that it had been cleaned thoroughly. We found a big toenail clipping on the floor under the ottoman -- so much for the room being "clean". I realize this is one of the cheaper options out there, but I expect cleanliness at the very least. Nothing fancy - just clean.
Free shuttle to and from the Light Rail which takes you to downtown Seattle in 20min or less. We didn't use our car so no parking, parking fees. Breakfast was good and room clean.
The staff took a long time to answer the phone at night. It was inconvenient since we were calling for a ride back to the hotel .

the rooms are NOT SOUND PROOF-the upstairs people (kids) jumping from 6am to after midnight! The maids cleaning rooms making noise to early when people are on VACATION
This is the second time staying at this location and it was a very convenient place for me to stay. Once a year I have to attend a conference in the area and usually book a room for three to five days, and plan to use your facility when needed. I look forward to staying next year. It was very easy to use Booking.com to reserve thus room.
The only problem that I had this time was my room was on the lower first floor next to the laundry room. I had to get up very early to start my day and looked forward to a good night sleep. The other guest used the washer and dryer and the dryer was hitting the wall all thru the night. This was very inconvenient but I understand that they had to use them. The next time that I book a room with them, I will make sure that I am not in the basement next to the laundry and exercise room.
Near airport. Breakfast excellent. Bedding excellent. Helpful front desk, aided me in getting boarding pass. Free parking.
Toilet so low it was difficult to get up.
Staff excellent, airport shuttle very good. Bed Comfortable, breakfast good except for paper plates.
Needs a coat of paint this may be on course as work was ongoing during our stay. Did not like paper plates for breakfast not good for the environment.
12 minute walk from Seatac with sidewalks all the way
I arrived at the hotel at 4.15pm but the room wasn't ready until 5.45pm which is very disappointing. I enquired about a partial refund yet the manager refused because I booked through booking.com
location--free airport shuttle--clean--good bed--OK breakfast--quiet, fresh room, though you could smell paint in hallways (they were remodeling) they also run a shuttle to the cruise ships, which they need to advertise
nothing to complain about--only wish we had been aware of the cruise ship shuttle--would have saved time/money/hassle if we had known

Price was very affordable and only about 3 miles to SeaTac rental car return.
Hotel was undergoing renovations so many areas were partially demolished and unavailable. Building is old and showing its age.
