The room was excellent and location was super. The staff was not very friendly. Every day or sometimes several times a day we had to get our room key replaced. Was told you could not keep it near a phone or in your wallet near other credit cards. Wonder where we were to keep it. The breakfast was good but the staff did a poor job restocking items and keeping the ding room clean. They seemed more interested in gossiping. The parking lot was not well kept. We asked for fresh towls and then replaced them but left the stack of dirty towels on the floor.

Cheguei lá e não está a minha reserva. Eles me deram um quarto melhor e foram gentis. Sim, eles não acharam a minha reserva. Não sei se foi problema do booking.com ou do hotel. Talvez seja um pouco desorganizados.

Convenient This motel is obviously in need of room renovation... Shabby best describes the room I occupied... Expect a bit more. Desk staff could use some remedial customer service training.
