The staff was very accomodating. Great breakfast and did have to go out to get it. Room 132 on first floor, faces the building on the right side of the hotel. Noisy all night and can't open the window. Would only stay on the pool side of the property again.

Tucson doesn't at this point have much of a downtown so there's not a lot of point in staying near the downtown area (that will probably change after the rejuvenation of that area). The airport area is a good place to stay and the Quality Inn is very close to the bus route that takes you to the bus transfer stations. The Quality Inn is reasonably priced and everything was adequate. If you don't have a car, it's hard to get decent food in the area. Lots of fast food but not much else.

Location is good - Room was very clean - Bed was comfortable The guy at the desk was extremely rude - he said the computer was down, which we experienced the same thing last time that we stayed there - paid for 3 nights, the room key was only for 1 night, had to re-do it - we choose this Quality Inn because it is near our family, but will not stay there again

I need places that do not over do the air freshner spray and actually clean the room. This room was good. thought it would have been better with no smell, just clean. Safety was one reason I choose this location, by reputation it was rated safe. I saw or heard nothing to change that. I do not like the over use of air freshner, I suspect spray rather than cleaning happens when the fresh is just so stronge an order

location Very noisy! I could not sleep half of the night because of the noise came from the looby early morning (very load voices!) - I stay at room 101!

My stay at the Quality Inn was just absolutely perfect. Pick-up from the airport (even late at night), super friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. Really flexible and customer centered. Quiet, huge room, all neat and with coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board, toiletries, free local calls, large tv, air-conditioning. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with skimmed milk, whole wheat bread, all bran flakes and decaf. Could not have wished for more!
