Quality Inn Woodside Queens  

Hotel is neatly arranged. Complete room facilities (except safe-box). Close-by from affordable public transport: Catch up train # 7 to Manhattan from 52-Street station which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Catch up bus # q60 to Queens Center Mall from the bus stop at the opposite side of Queens Blvd.

As most others have mentioned, the breakfast room is small (10 chairs at most). I suggest to have your breakfast at 6:30 am to have your chair.

Close to subway station and grocery stores. (3-min walk) In general it's quite clean.

Coffee in the breakfast is very lowsy. The towels always got suspicious hair on it.

Rooms were comfortable, big for NY, with all supplies that you might need. Breakfast was continental. We were able to park our car too.

Much better than I expected. Very nice staff & clean room. Toilet was running in my room the first night i was there so they changed it..easily and pleasently. Very close to subway....8 stops to times square. Great stay.

Room was small but adequate. No closet in the room & no airport shuttle. But for the price, the place was really clean and convienent.

Cheaper than same hotels in Manhattan. Subway station only 5 min by walk. Free internet in rooms.

Location, breakfast was very poor, noise, price.

Poor choice in Breakfast

Everything was all good, ideal location No. 7 stop just after 2 blocks, good value for money, neat and clean rooms, friendly & helping staff. Will stay again whenever I visit NY next time.

Flexible letting us pay in cash after change of plans and provided change when overpaid in 100 bills.

Fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off over night. Cistern ran constantly in bathroom, and interrupted sleep unless door kept shut.

Good location for an acceptable price

1) Chewin gum on the bedside table on my arrival: wasn`t sure 100% about the cleanliness of the room 2) NO SPACE AT ALL for breakfast: would be a better choice for the hotel to cancel this service 3)LIFT OUT OF ORDER FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK: can't stand this in the city that never sleeps,I can't believe they found anyone to repair it in 7 days 4) point 2+point 3 = every morning 5 floors of stairs to bring breakfast into the room - unacceptable! 5)Staff: totally useless and unhelpful. Not even so sure if they understood English: for any single question the answer was "There's a computer here,you can check by yourself on it" 6)After the 4th day of stay, room cleanness got worser and even worse

- very poor breakfast (no fruits, no ham, no cheese, no eggs, etc) - no place to sit during the breakfast - very loud rooms, noise on the corridor (broken vending machine) - dirty toilet - the only elevator out-of-service - almost no light in the rooms

Front desk runs by group of, pardon me, Indians staff. The service is near zero. Only elevator broke down twice during my stay, staff offer nil help. Hotel is ok if u don't need any assistance. If u need help like printer for your email document, and so on, your stay will be miserable.

Well position hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, good value for money, would stay there again.

I needed to argue with the receptionist to get the standart room I've booked - she has been offering to me the cellar room first. The sheet had one inch in diameter spot of unknown origin.

The bed was very comfortable! The location was great...close to the #7, which made it easy to get to downtown. Price was excellent!

Too many kids slamming doors the whole night. They were running up and down the halls. The elevator did not work & there was no water in the machine.

Clean.

Toilet ran all night. Towel bar fell off.

The staff was unfriendly and not disponible to help evenin very small things look for better people
