breakfast good,bed comfortable, staff helpful and change my room to the quieter court yard side.

lighting not enough, dim. room carpet dated. elevator yes but small and outdated.

It was a very spacious room and I got a great deal. Very close to downtown which is exactly what I was looking for

The staff was great and did everything to help us out and we loved the food and the pool.

We had to keep getting our key cards re-swiped to enter back into our room.

The shower was horrid, hot cold, hot cold, it was hard to get consistent temp, someone is going to get burned.

The reservation I made in advance got lost. The desk clerk told me I did not have a reservation and left the desk. After a few minutes a different clerk came out and took excellent care of us. Her name was Patty. The check in procedure was frustrating, to say the least.

Great location, right off the expressway, near to Colorado College

The Continental breakfast was one of the best things about the hotel.

The hotel was in the middle of a big remodel and it would have been nice to know this before booking. I also requested a copy of the receipt when I checked out and told one was not available because I booked the room through Booking.com.

The room with two queens and a pullout and two bathrooms was perfect for our family of 6. Breakfast was great every morning and the location is perfect; right next to downtown and only minutes away from old Colorado city, the garden of the Gods and the sights of manitou springs. Also,it is right next to I25 making a trip to anywhere elsee easy as well.

Maybe some bacon would be nice for breakfast instead of sausage patties every morning!

The hot breakfast each morning was very good. The remodeled room with two bathrooms worked well for a family of four.

The bathrooms need updating.
