I did like the "happy hour" each evening and the front desk staff who were happy to help. Hot tub was down and the 2 beds in our room were very small. |

The rooms are clean and have good space. The charge to my credit card was in the beggining of the stay. The breakfast has only bread, cereals and eggs. The machine for juice was not working. |

I loved the location which was behind international drive! I did not like the attitude of the kitchen employee, while on breakfast he was arguing with another employee in front of a lot of guest with children, and it seems like the other hotel staff didnt care to stop it, and let them go at each other for about 10 minutes. They were even slamming kitchen stuff in the back and we could clearly hear them. |

Cercano a Universal Estudios y centros de compras, se puede ir caminando a comer de noche ya que tiene cerca varios restaurantes. Excelente y muy util el servicio de transporte hacia los parques. La suite comoda. Tiene cajero automatico, tiendita, venta de entradas a parques. Lo que no nos gusto es que el desayuno era el mismo todos los dias y los niños a los dias ya estaban aburridos de comer siempre igual. Por otra parte cuando se iba a desayunar temprano solo habia una persona en la cocina y se terminaba muy rapido la comida y tardaba en reponerse. |

La ubicación del hotel es excelente Cuando se llega al hotel uno mismo deber llevar el equipaje a la habitacion. No hay servicio de botones. Veniamos de un viaje en carro procedentes de Miami y por supuesto el cansancio estaba presente para cargar equipaje, por otra parte el porta equipajes que tenian para traslado de maletas estaba deteriorado |

O atendimento atencioso da recepção aos hóspede. Acho que banheiros precisam de mais manutenção (válvulas não abrem/fecham bem), cofres sem chaves, telefones sem linha no quarto. Uma pintura geral no prédio também ajudaria. A descrição é superior à realidade no hotel. |

La habitación es buena, limpia y de calidad. Todos los servicios de la habitación fueron buenos. Internet rápido, agua caliente, bien limpio y cómodo. El aire acondicionado tuvo una falla y fue reparada inmediatamente. La caja fuerte de la habitación no funcionaba, Los pasillos traseros a las habitaciones son sucios y mal acabados (cemento obra limpia), huelen mal y el ascensor siempre estuvo sucio, si contar que esta muy viejo. Las puertas traseras a los estacionamientos tienen los cerrojos dañados y estan siempre abiertos sin vigilancia. |

Gunstig gelegen in rustige omgeving maar niet ver van gezelligheid. De gratis shuttle service naar attractieparken is ook erg handig. |
