I think that the stay at Quality was fantastic, the downside to Quality is the closeness in the floors above the Lobby, it is very narrow barely enough room to pass side by side in the hallways, and my room was extra small, additionally the room was not as soundproof as I would of like , being in the construction field there is room for improvement, like maybe investing in soundproof doors. Like I mentioned the closeness in proximatey to patrons in the hallways, and the soundproofing of the doors, it was not pleasant, at 3:00 am when someonewould pass the room and you could hear there entire conversation. |

Location right by Times Square good for venue for sightseeing. Rooms adequate and clean, newly refurbished & modern. Although we had technical and accommodation problems during our stay the hotel manager was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is in the middle of refurbishment and therefore few ameneties available, no restaurant or bar. Due to the refurbishment there is a lot of noise and disturbance which had an effect on the facilities i.e we had no TV or internet access for the whole 4 days we were there. We also arrived on our first night to find our rooms had been cancelled and we had to find alternative accommodation |

Location The Staff. I paid ahead for my wife who was staying at the hotel. When she got to the hotel however they required my credit card and DL (even though I paid full via the internet) and listed my wifes name as the person in the room. They would not let my wife check in until I either faxed the credit card and DL (and who carries a fax around with them for emergencies) or my wife paid for the room. |
