High quality customer service @ every level. Luxe property w/intimate feel. Easy walk to French Qtr., Warehouse District, Superdome, and convention center. Fun, caring, efficient, and professional staff. Stand-outs: Jeremy Owens - front, Chef Josh Garic - xlnt food, Bradley - mixologist - Dark&Stormy-nicely done, and Mr. Mark Mance - thx for sharing the pizza. Chef Josh and his team bring the Q&C experience to life.

I asked for a wake up call ,but failed to get one .. I wanted to pay by cash but the girl at front desk made me pay by credit card which will occure costs for money exchange . She was very rude in her manner .
Nice room (European size) with a lot of cool details. Recently renovated leaves a very clean and tidy impression. Enough and wisely placed plugs.

We loved our room. The decor was great. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. The room was basically clean.
The cooling/heating system had to be manually changed by a service person. The weather changed more than once from cold to hot to cold again. We had the service person come one day to change the system from cool to heat, then the next day back to cool. The next day we needed the system changed back to heat again, but decided to just turn off the system and not hassle the service people again, for a 3rd time. It just seems it would be easier if the system could be changed by the customer. The shower wall isn't big enough to keep the water in the shower. There needs to be a shower curtain. The water was all over the floor and my clothes on the sink vanity. 2ndly, I don't know if 1109 hadn't been used in a long time or if the toilet just had not been cleaned properly. A toilet bowl brush would be a great investment. There was black gunk in the toilet bowl that could have been eliminated with a brush and bleach. And the nasty that was on the outside of the toilet and around the toilet on the floor needed a little bleach, too.
Loved the decor throughout the hotel. Friends staying at the Hyatt were jealous when they saw the Q&C! Played backgammon in the bar on comfy couches. Great atmosphere.
The staff were so kind and helpful. They even had locals coming to the bar for the unique drinks and terrific service. The rooms were immaculate and adorable.

No heat in room. Thermostat doesn't work. Restaurant closed. Can hear everything in rooms adjacent. No insulation between rooms.
The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean. The location was a short walking distance from the French Quarter, convention center, casino and street car.
When booking, there seemed to be a problem with my visa card. Q&C was entering in the wrong expiration date. When I called the overseas number to tell them, the staff was rude and did not correct it. The U.S. staff were able to correct it.
The location was excellent along with the decor and employees.
The first day we arrived the employees at the front desk weren't too friendly or helpful but I'm happy to report that it wasn't the case any other day of our stay.
Check-in, lobby, bar, and dining are all in same area. It gets congested at times.
I really enjoyed my stay at Q&C. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was wonderful (king w/ skyline view) very clean and comfortable. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of everything! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Q&C Hotel/Bar!
One complaint, the parking prices in the area are between $25-$35 per day which can be costly if you're staying several days.

AC was not working properly, no big deal but when it is 48F outside and room is getting little too warm... wait until July
Our family has become regular guests of the hotel because my 3 year old daughter is filming a tv series over the past few months. I must say I LOVE this hotel! They know my daughter by name, and give her star treatment. I first booked it for it's convenient location in the heart of the city, but the staff puts it over the top. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in NOLA, regardless of our trip being business or pleasure. ****ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant on our last visit. I highly recommend the French toast and the breakfast sandwich.
The only thing missing is a microwave in the room. Even if not possible to put one in all rooms, one on each floor by the ice machine would be great.
The rooms were great albeit a bit smaller than the large chain. Décor was very modern and comfortable. Hotel very clean and location perfect. Away from Bourbon but close to everything. Staff were very pleasant and I highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

the valet for the car took entirely too long. Also, someone sat in my car, laid the seat back, smoked a cigarette, and changed the radio station.
The hotel had a feeling of ole New Orleans. The staff was veryfriendly and informative. Two thumbs up for sure!!!!
