This historic New Orleans hotel was built in a refurbished bank and still features some of the original vault doors. It is less than a 15-minute walk from the French Quarter.

the space was a little cramped but totally understandable. there was nothing we didn't like really.
We loved the Decor and over-all vibe of the place. The jambalaya at the restaurant was the best we've had all trip.
The staff needs better managing. There was no concierge, because "she only works weekdays" the breakfast waitress was bad mouthing the chef's attitude to customers, by 8 am the kitchen was out of bacon!? There was no jam or jellies,
This hotel has the potential to be so much better than it is presently, it is casually decorated yet well appointed. It has a boutique vibe, unique and trendy fashion statement, great bed linens, mattresses, showers, Etc
Not a bad experience but the breakfast was a little pricey for what it was.
The price and location .. booked 30 minutes before checked in ! Had no intention of being in New Orleans that night but needs must
This place had a great atmosphere. We love the Decore. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent.
Building noise near hotel
Newly renovated and great location.
Have the oatmeal for breakfast .
Great staff with great suggestions for venues, restaurants and tours. Booked some tours for us which were excellent choices. Nothing they recommended we didn't like. Even the engineers and housekeepers asked if we were enjoying our stay there.
I was initially offered a 9th floor room but said I'd prefer one lower down - the room I had on the second floor had two tiny windows which were almost at ceiling level and about 1ft x 2 ft . there wasn't enough lighting in the room to compensate. I think I should have been told about that ... but I was too tired to ask for another move so got used to it. It was, however, very expensive, and the Booking.com form tells you the price but in very small print under that (which I missed when booking) says 14.75 % tax is excluded so check this before booking
The bed was great and very comfortable, the location perfect and the staff helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were both a very good size. I've moaned about the lack of windows but this did mean it was very quiet (apart from someone moving the wheeley bins at 10:30 at night). Lovely bar and restaurant area, and quiet lounge.
The air conditioning in the Lobby can get a little chilly. The lobby/bar/restaurant gets a bit noisy on some evenings (not all).
It is not too big. Very nice and helpful staff. The location is very good: quiet, yet in walking distance to the Quarter; the streetcar line and the WW2 Museums.
Wood floor had huge splintered floor in room 712. Complained twice with no response so finally placed wash clothe over it to avoid injury. Elevator was down for 3 days so long wait. Room was smaller than our friends so wonder if because we used Bookings.com
Fun boutique feel. Great food at restaurant but weird serving hours.
The hotel was way too expensive for the quality. Restaurant was ridiculously expensive for the quality if food; did not care about entering the hotel and Snelling fried food all the time. Turn off. We like to smell food when we are hungry only. The barn door to the bathroom did not give proper privacy and looked like it was not installed correctly. The entrance to the room was in ciment and not finished either. The windows were dirty outside and needed to be cleaned!. The coffee machine worked poorly . Looked like it had never been cleaned inside and coffee had a bad taste. For the price we paid, we expected bottled water to be replenished every day. Wished there was a microwave too. We could hear people next to us doing.. Pretty much.. Everything! Walls were definitely very thin. Need more books for towels and cloth
Location; staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, shower was great
Just a very minor issue with the AC. It's just too cold and the blankets were not warm enough! We had to ask for warmer blankets.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's just a very short walk away from the French Quarter. The best restaurants and transportation options are around the hotel too! I love the room which was spacious and nicely done up. There are also plenty of spaces for relaxing and games after a long day outside.
Heater was broken, then fixed. The AC was broken most of our stay. The toilet overflowed, the handle broke off, The inside wouldn't stop running water. The maid was rude cause we slept in every morning.
Great, convenient location... close to the action, but far enough not to disturb our sleep. We were in not in the main building, but the annex was lovely, and didn't feel like an afterthought.
Noisy at time of visit as busy renovating so older buildings within walking distance from hotel.
The accomodation was fabulous the deco ... Sytlish.
Lively night life!
Size of room
Ambiance and location
Gave prior warning for early check in request as we were transferring from another fabulous hotel in New Orleans, but wanted to experience the Q&C as well. The staff were unaccommodating especially as they had advised that the hotel was not full. We were 'roomless' for most of the day which was unfortunate, as we would have stayed where we were in hindsight.
Beautiful room; small but appointed in a cool style; really lovely
No bath tub :(
The staff at Q&C was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond for us on several occasions (ex: searching high and low for an Ethernet cable when we forgot ours!). The restaurant has a great atmosphere and good food/cocktails...we are there more than anywhere else. The common spaces were very pleasant and made it possible to hang out outside the room without having to go to a bar or coffee shop. Great location. HDMI hook-up was an awesome surprise, too!
Walls were thin and people next door were noisy.
Staff very friendly and responsive.
The 2 separate hotel buildings are not convenient; you have to carry your own luggage across the street to get to your room. Drinks are expensive.
beautiful décor; good location
Nothing really! I would go back there anytime and remmend it to my most picky friends!
The location is 3 blocks away of the French Quarter. Just enough far so you can get a good night of rest in a peaceful environment. The staff is awesome and very helpful.
Nothing, everything was great!
