I loved the location! This hotel was the perfect location for us. Close to everywhere we wanted to go in the city. The rates were great too! The bathroom could have used some updating and possibly an exhaust fan, but other than that, it's in New Orleans! We didn't come to spend time in the room!

good location the valet service was really poor. Had to wait for 90 minutes to get my car on the day I was leaving, staff did not even know where thevallet was.

The elevator was out of service for more than five days. Only one was working. Took long time to get to my room on the tenth floor. But other than that everything was very good. I will recommend it. Thank you

Location is perfect Customer service is terrible , and the room is not what they described. We reserved a queens bed room and got a double bed instead. Room was very small. Noisy neighbors.

The Internet was excellent - fastest speed I've experienced in a hotel in a long time. Good breakfast selections. Clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Front-desk staff didn't make me feel particularly welcome (though maid service was friendly). Breakfast area looked unkempt. Lamp next to bed had broken switch. Also AC was noisy, turned on just long enough to cool room.

The location was pretty good and central to many things. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The hotel could have been a bit cleaner for the money paid. The top comforters need to be washed more often. Although clearly not all rooms are positioned in the same place, mine was right outside the ice machine which was constantly noisey in addition to the employee break room. The fitness center was tiny and inadequate and I didn't like the mandatory surcharge for it, in addition to the wi-fi and buisiness center, upon check-in.

The location was great. Staff was friendly and nice. Good continental breakfast included Valet personnel were friendly and efficient Room cleaning was poor first few days of our stay, however after speaking to manager it improved and I would say it was excellent

Location was fabulous. Would have preferred a hot breakfast. Room was quite dated and in need of re-freshening. Sink was partially blocked and drained slowly. Knobs on the bed posts were vandalized (not there and could have been glued down for security). Did not like the price which was quite different than the web site booking. Those added on fees do not impress.

Everything was so clean and the maids were stupendous. Got everything you asked for. The front desk personnel were not that nice nor helpful. They were unable to answer questions or did not want to. Many times the front desk was just empty. At check in only person was there to check many in. No early check in which is dumb. First hotel I have stayed out that would not check you in until 4 on the dot and then one person for 20 people stacked up to check in.

Staff was wonderful. Housekeeping bent over backwards to make sure everything was comfortable. Valet took a little long Sunday morning.
