This hotel is very close to the main roads
The place to have breakfast is very small
Classiness of the vicinity Professionalism of the staff Quick, timely service Value for the price
Fridge didn't work, staff didn't seem to know
I liked the friendly staff and most the jacuzzi. In the room what a great place lots of fun.
The noise from the street and the smell was too strong.
The hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous.
The shower heads are too high. I am 5' 8" and I had to stand on my toes to adjust the showerhead. Difficult to rinse hair and body as the water spread too much because the showerhead was too high. Need to provide hand towels as well.
The place is beautiful. The staff is great.
Gets booked up pretty quickly have to book way in advance.
They brought ice to your room and anything you need.
They over charge.
Loved the bed, cleanliness, jacuzzi and service.
There wasn't anything not to like.
We visited for us open. Walkable distance to Flushing meadows. Intersting theme inside hotel. Free parking.
This is a very funky hotel with amazing décor and a fantastically helpful staff. The do it yourself breakfast was very plentiful and adequate. It is located across a park from the Ashe Tennis Center which was a bonus because we were going to the 2014 US Open. Delightful stay
nothing. All good
Actually using the jacuzzi was nice and the bed was comfortable. The decorations were unique to say the least.
I NEARLY DIED 4 TIMES!!! Getting in and out of the bath was a death trap, very slippery on the marble floors and because the bath walls were so high made it that much worse. Something should seriously be done about it. I have scraps on my legs to prove it
Clean and convenient to where our family event was held. Staff is very helpful.
Maybe eight parking spaces available and one of them was occupied by a rusting car up on jacks in the HANDICAPPED SPACE! I don't care if it was a Rolls. In the room you get a toothbrush but no Kleenex, no coffee maker and no ice bucket. We found out right before we left you have to call the front desk and have them bring ice up. Access is difficult, you have to go six blocks out of your way because of one way streets. Nothing to be done about that but still an aggravation.
I have used this hotel many times. It is clean and comfortable. It is located near the Q23 bus line which is about a 20 minute ride to the Austin Street shopping/restaurant district.
The hotel is on the Long Island Expressway which makes for annoying truck/car/motorcycle noise.
We enjoyed the fact that we were able to relax without any interruptions. The spa was beautiful. All in all a great stay for a reasonable price.
Parking was very limited.
We loved the Jacuzzi
there was a weird smell in the room and the hotel, we hated stepping out of the room because of the bad smell
The location is perfect if you're going to an event at Forest Hills Stadium. The Paris is situated within walking distance of anything you need, including a lovely park on the water. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully appointed. The staff is wonderful; parking is no problem because they handle it for you. As well, the decor is an interesting and charming mix of Asian and French impressionism. There is also a very nice breakfast included in the price of the room.
our primary objective was the us tennis center. you had no shuttle service. to walk in your neighborhood after dark seemed risky. no decent eateries in walking distance. the funky bathtub is an anachronism, slippery and dangerous. the value is less than half of what we paid - much more than in good quality manhattan hotels.
Bars on the windows Looked like an hourly Hotel National brands wayy better
Price at $147 was attractive until I saw the negatives.
Took me half an hour driving in circles to find street that led to hotel. When I arrived there was no parking left so I had to park in street on yellow line. Registration clerk was behind a 2 inch thick sheet of bullet proof glass.
I liked the Jacuzzi.
I didn't like the location. I also did not like all the weird statues.
Liked nothing in the hotel .
I didnot like anything in that hotel. The hotel is by the road, very very noisy, windows are not good to stop the sound comming from outside. They have jacuzzi in the room but not proper ventilation. No fridge in the room No closet or cupboard in the room .. No coffee machine .. Absolutely rubbish hotel ..
staff were very good, room was nice
breakfast was horrible, parking was a challenge
very noisy due to heavy traffic and bad windows, only a few parking spots
great value and easy walk to public transport. and the US open site
reception window all closed with plexiglas, felt a little strange.
Too expensive to stay at hotel like this. For the price I paid I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel with better service
