Staff at check in we're nice, breakfast is fantastic! Location very close to 40 street, 10 minutes from subway.

Room amenities weren't the best. Toilet broken, asked to be fixed twice, microwave broken. The whole hotel is being renovated so presentation at the moment is not good. Wallpaper not on walls, dust everywhere etc.

The staff was polite. The lady at the reception was kind to give us a room with windows on the parking instead of the highway. Comfortable beds, quality linens. We liked the breakfast too: waffels with strawberry sirup(yammie), choice of celeries, yogurts, variety of coffee creamers, so on..

The hotel faces a highway. We arrived 1.5 hour earlier and had to wait until 3 pm, though the lobby was dirty and noisy due to remodelling works. The workers cut the tiles, cousing dust and irresistable sounds. The room was tiny. There were no hot water in the shower and it was not fixed until we left at 11am, though we were promiced... Very good that there was hot water in the sink tap, so we used an ice backet to wash ouselves in the bath: we were going to take a 10 hour flight at 2 pm, so to feel fresh was a must. Breakfast room is small and crowdy. For 200 usd per night per room we were expecting better conditions and service.

I did not like the filthy carpet in the room.

Convenience to subway station. Even though it was on a highway, the windows kept much of the noise out. Size of room. Free breakfast. Cost compared to rooms in midtown.

Lack of parking for larger vehicles, though free parking is advertised. Extremely hard and uncomfortable beds. Loud lobby, as a new floor was being put in.

Nice neighborhood. 10 minutes subway ride to Midtown Manhattan. Room very ok for that price. Excellent WiFi connection.

The staff were really pleasant except for one person. The breakfast hostess was excellent and very helpful

The floors were very dirty. We had to show the cleaner a sewing needle we found on the floor and it was obvious our room had not been cleaned properly. The passage was not cleaned while we stayed there. Not the best impression.

Excellent staff, especially Miki at the frontdesk. Very helpful and informative. Helped arrange for airport transfer. Coffee/tea/hot choc available throughout the day.

I like the location, place was clean very convenience. I got lost and called the hotel the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is supposed to include breakfast. Very poor the juice machine wasn't working.there were only muffins and waffles and no space to sit. My gps didn't recognize the location of the hotel.

This is one of the few places which was able to include a parking spot for our rental car. The rooms are clean. They were busy improving/renovating the facilities (March 22, 2013). The work crew tried their best to accommodate the guests and didn't make any noise we could notice from our room which was close by.

General wear and tear of the room. Lack of soundproofing- could hear other guests conversations in the next room.

False advertisement - description said that rooms were 180m^2 yet the rooms were actually tiny. That is what annoyed me the most.

The rooms were a nice size abd clean.The breakfast buffet was nice. I had no problems with the Internet.

The hotel was 12 minute walk from the subway. At times there was no hot water.

Staff were very warm, friendly & very helpful. All the things you need for a decent price. Wifi was excellent & the bedroom & bathroom facilities were also very good. No disturbance at all during my 4 night stay here. I would definitely go back & recommend it to friends.

The breakfast area is a bit small & there isn't much on offer however it is perfectly acceptable I would have just preferred something hot some mornings & for it to be a little less cramped. Also the iPod dock in my room was broken but again... Didn't really need it so it didn't effect my stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus running between the hotel and metro station but only between 7:00 - 20:00.
