Hotel is dated
All of it was great for myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. No complaints from any of us. The restaurant next door was an added benefit.....we all had an excellent meal there and enjoyed the music!
People were at the desk were very helpful, place was clean and I would stay here again
Really can't think of anything.
Clean room, comfortable bed
Limited pool time, no information pamphlets in room. The roll away cot was so uncomfortable my son slept on the floor rather than the cot!
But pool not screened on top. Depris floating on top.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good.
Thought a small refrigerator was the room. Fortunately we had a small copper which we had to keep filling with ice.
basic care needs to be up dated white painted 2x6 board hand rails 1970 carpets they were as clean as they could be from 1970 no breakfast unless you paid for it ; dining area really needs redo; room was clean but as basic as they could get , just kind of shabby
clean and friendly and the staff went out of their way for us!!
nothing we didn't like
The rooms were clean, real bath towels in the bathrooms. Liked the separate vanity outside the bath room. We were led to believe there would be no microwave or fridge, and were pleased to see that they were there.
No free breakfast.
All staff we encountered from the front desk, to the bartenders were friendly, helpful, and fun! We had a wonderful stay and I attribute that to the staff of this hotel.
Location was near my events, otherwise a totally offensive place.
Stale cigarette smell everywhere.
Nice room. Proximity to attractions.
Noisy neighbors. Could hear them talking at 5:30 a.m. daily.
Room needed updating for the prices they charge.
Reasonably convenient and affordable. Comfortable bed.
Musty smelling. Dated.
on site restaurant was excellent and had an extensive menu
fitness center just treadmill and stationary bike
The ppol area was really nice and it was close to everything we needed.
We requested a refrigerator because we were told that you had to in order to get one which we were charged 30 dollars. But our friends 2 doors down was not charged for theirs and it was bigger than ours.
Ok for an overnight stop, but I wouldn't have been happy if staying longer.
Dark and dingy room, very dated.
Receptionist Daniel helped me when I needed a cab from the Saratoga performing arts center. Called them, and stayed in touch with me until they came. Went above and beyond.
Not as close as I thought to saratoga
We were there to deal with a family emergency. It wasn't the sort of place we'd normally stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to the interstate. Basically, it did the job.
There was a pot of coffee in the lobby with a price per cup sign on it. Really? A pot of coffee for guests is a nice gesture. Why ruin it with a price tag. If you can't afford to do it, don't put it out at all. The staff could be friendlier. A hello would be nice before "You wanna check out?". Don't get me wrong- we are grateful for a clean place to sleep in an emergency. You could make the Ramada a much nicer experience with just a few little changes. Warmth of staff goes a long way to getting repeat business as does little things (like coffee).
easy location to highway, nice pool, cable TV, WiFi, Food right there, plenty of parking
Highway noise on the side was on
It was quiet
Very close drive to SPAC. Also, Glen Falls surprisingly had a lot of options of things to do. Very reasonable price.
Beds were very tight for two people. Pool was nothing to brag about.
Quiet location, clean rooms, friendly staff! Great value!
It was centrally located , the price was good
The sound of the high way
Loved everything about this Ramada. My son got sick and got fresh bedding and towels brought to our room asap.
We did not receive our free breakfast. The restaurant states open at 7am however we got there at 8am and it was not opened yet. Wish hotels did not offer a free breakfast if the restaurant is not open for breakfast when needed to be.
