it is very close to the chinese theatre ect and where to get the main busses and trains from. the breakfast that was meant to be included was only a donut and coffee. wireless was at a fee and also phone calls from the room had to be pre paid. |

It was close to Sea World and the staff gave us good directions to get there. We stayed at the Hyatt for a conferenc, and feel the your hotel was cleaner and better kept than the Hyatt. |

The hotel is safe and comfortable. The price is reasonable and not too far from the city or the sea. The simple breakfast provided helps as it lessens the hassle of looking for breakfast. |

The location was good to visit downtown and other attractions. I paid 119 plus tax the day we checked in the rate dropped below 90 on the internet. Nothing was done. |

Hotel was near the freeway and both San Diego Zoo and Seaworld. It had free wifi and it is not something you get in more upscale hotels. |

As answered in question #1, it was an all-around good stay. Based on our stay there this week, I whould make reservations there again.thank you I am a smoker. I know that we should not smoke. I do not ever smoke in any hotel room in which I am sleeping. I do not smoke in my home or in my car. You might save some money on future thru-the-wall-mounted a/c unit repairs by providing an inexpensive seat outside each room, in which people may sit outside--for whatever reason. I cannot stand for long, and had to sit on the a/c unit. I weigh 210 lbs. The next sitter might weigh 410-lbs! |

Liked the idea of the continental breakfast but too crowded and not enough food. Maid service good. Close to the freeway, convienent to shopping and other attractions Parking bad if you have a vehicle that did not fit in parking structure.Not enough food or seats for free breakfast. Bed too hard |

The service at the hotel was very good. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It would be nice to have a door in the suite room to separate it from the living area. |

The room was exceptional for this class of hotel. The staff were rude to the point of being almost females version of surly. Condescending, challenging, and inappropriate in their tone upon check in. It was for no reason not a warm greeting for a guest. Later they did not honor a AAA discount as promised by one of their staff members when I called. |

This hotel was great. Our kids loved it. The staff was very friendly and they put us in a very convenient location, on the bottom floor right next to the pool. They also let us checkin early at 2pm when we were suppose to check in at 3pm. The best part was the breakfast. We thought it was just going to a continental breakfast, but it was a complete, well balanced breakfast with waffles, cereal, fruits, bagels, english muffins. Everything was great and we wouldn't hesitate staying here again. No complaints at all!!! |

It was clean and ok for a resonable hotel. I didn't expect much for 3 stars hotel, but would consider this hotel 2 stars. I didn't like the amenity goods, such as a shampoo and a conditioner. Everything was too simple and I didn't feel comfortable. I would pay maximum $80/night for this hotel. I had a chance to stay a 3 stars hotel, I would try to stay a different hotel next time. |

I like the space in the room we had. How the part of the bathroom was separate. I also like the laundry room in the hotel. Also, the cleaness outside of the hotel. It wasn't loud or a lot of people surrounding the outside area. |

We needed a larger place for my granddaughter to get her wedding dress on. They graciously loaned us a suite-type room for a couple of hours. And as far as I know they did not bill us. When we first checked in, they put us on a very noisy side of the facility, after complaining they allowed us to move to a better location. They also made sure that the other 4 rooms we had were moved before the rest of our party checked in. So it turned out o.k. |
