The bed and pillows were soft and comfy. The continental breakfast was good.

The PARKING was awful. Thank goodness we got there early. While we were in the pool we saw car after car pull into the parking area and then turn around after finding no parking. I felt so bad for them. We didn't even think of going out to dinner and losing our parking. We ordered in.

I liked how the freeway was right there and you could get b to your destination quickly. It was a nice comfortable room. Nice bed. Literally we just sleep there to much to do in SD to just stay in the room

    Very quiet at night.

Big carpet stains that could of been removed with a simple rental carpet cleaner.

    Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

It was dirty we had roaches in our room with a 1 month old baby and 3 year old. We left the hotel at 12:45 am due to this reason to turn around and drive 2 hours back home cause all other hotels were full. Had plans to take our kids to sea world the next day (Sunday) but wasn't able to do that. Staff was rude, the manager named Phoenix gave us the wrong number to corporate office. I spoke to the general manager named Steven and he gave us a wrong number to corporate as well. We took pictures of the roaches and have called the health department.

Nice location, and fiarly quiet air conditioner. Queen sized beds a big plus.

The breakfast is pretty poor. Needs to be policed a bit. Sad to see the amount of food wasted though, by the clientel the hotel apparently attracts. I have never before seen a person sit and make up five PB&J sandwiches and put them into a plastic bag, to go (essentially steal), then throw away about 3 or four untouched bagels. Sad folks that stay here.

The location was close to all the attractions and tourist sites. The qeen beds were comfortable, the pool was nice. The breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner has no thermostat so it had to run all night, a bit noisy but not enough to keep you awake. The room was a little cramped but nothing serious.

The staff was very nice. The parking was only $7 per day. Parking was available underground and that was nice. The King Suite had two A/C's for the different areas. Breakfast was free. The pool was rather small but clean.

The King Suites have no "privacy" door between rooms - I have never seen that before - and therefore there was little privacy. Breakfast room was incredible hot and crowded - this place books full almost every night - they should be able to afford some exhaust fans and additional seating.

Professional and knowledgeable staff, nice pool and hot tub, relatively quiet all day and night, easy to extend extra nights, decent WiFi in rooms

Lumpy bed, dirty floors and sofa, no door between suite rooms, no real ventilation, pool closed promptly too early, manager refused to address screaming kids in pool, all nearby restaurants are terrible

The free breakfast is nice. The room was nice, it was nice having the flat screen tv, coffee maker, and small fridge. The pool area is nice also. Nice views from the 3rd floor.

The room smelled a bit stale. They could use some sort of air fresheners in there. The cleaning team missed throwing away some trash when they came to turn down. There was young party people next door and across from us who were a bit loud but they quieted down around 10pm.

    Centrally Located and Laundry Room

The price was extremely expensive for a dated room that is need of updates. The bathtub had stains and there was not complimentary soap or shampoos.

free breakfast, microwave, fridge, location size of room. would definitely stay here again

parking. had to park on street but did get $8 fee waived so satisfied. but parking is tight. wondering why not enough spots for rooms. football team wa visiting so maybe that s why. i dont know. oh and if u had a small loungewith drinks and light meals it would be a plus. maybe a evening wine and cheese where the breakfast nook is or something like that.also pool was small. but not that big a deal. could not get into fitness room but looked like no dumbells. might think about purchasing some. or at least a kettlebell set.
