Rooms need new furnishing, beds, sheets could be upgraded and a little more attention to the cleaning in the corners.

The staff go the extra mile for you. I am here with my wife and daughter and her family and thehotel staff have provided transportation to shopping , football game and dinner at the Chesse cake Factory. We came down for two back to back cruises and are back in the hotel right now for a day between cruises. On check in the agent came around the desk to hand us our room key and shake our hands. I have travelled a great deal all over the world on business and this hotel ranks up there with the best for service and dollar value.

Liked the pool lit up at night...and the free m&ms at the front desk.

Sort of old rooms...old ac units, older fixtures for example the knobs in the shower and shower head were out of date by twenty years or so. The breakfast buffet for 11 bucks was mediocre.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent, on our 2nd day they remembered what we wanted to drink at breakfast without any prompting. They gave us great tips on what to see locally.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were there for a concert and the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the concert, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. :)

The only complaint I might have is that when we returned from the concert at midnight, we were not able to get room service and the restaurant was closed. We had not eaten since well before the concert event. Keeping the restaurant open later for these types off events would be an added convenience for the guests. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend staying here! :)

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and was offered as an option to purchase with the room reservation. M&Ms at the check-in counter-sweet!

bestes Frühstückangebot mit richtigen Geschirr und Besteck. Parkplatz, nah am Flughafen.

Frühstück war laut Reservierung inklusive, laut Reception am Check in, nicht, erst nach Diskussion gab es dann einen Voucher für das Frühstück kostenlos.

Ich war zu Beginn und ende meiner 3 wöchigen Rundfahrt im Hotel jeweils für 1 Nacht. Nah am Flughafen Tampa, und schnell in der Innenstadt bzw. Beach. kostenloser Parkplatz, Internet.

Frühstück war inklusive laut Reservierung von booking, im Hotel sollten 11 Dollar bezahlt werden , erst nach Diskusion mit der Reception war es dann inkl. Dies auch beim zweiten Besuch... Die erste Reservierung war nicht vorhanden im Hotel...

am 1. Tag :teile von Damen Rasierer in der Badewanne . am 2. Tag :immer noch teile von Damen Rasierer in der Badewanne. erschwerend kam dazu das anscheinend auch die handtücher ausgegangen sind. ein in die tage gekommenes Hotel in dem die Spiegel anfangen blind zu werden. die sanitären Einrichtungen sind noch aus den anfangs tagen dieses einst sicher sehr vornehmen Hotel´s . der preis ist aber auf dem neuesten stand.

Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen hat nicht gut geklappt. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten und haben 3 x angerufen bis wir endlich abgeholt wurden.

Tout etait vraiment impecable a cause des vacances, il n'y avait pas de petit plus; la literie est plus qu impecable le petit dejeuner est extra et un conseil les gouffres faiches sont terribles un hotel a revenir
