    The staff is all about customer service. The shuttle service great bunch of men helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are just right two comfy beds, fridge and outlets everything you need. The free breakfast was excellent! We will stay again. Easy access to everything.

    everything, unsafe place, noisy A/C, bad staff, espcially the black girl lie to us. we book the hotel 2 month before, the girl told us no room for us and said the reservation was missing in their system. ugly hotel!!

    Location was close to Boston (shuttle) Room was clean but some repairs were needed Staff was courteous and helpful Looking for an economic alternative to high cost of downtown

    Hallways were extremely hot Neighborhood was not walk friendly Parts of hotel were run down

    That it had a shuttle service

    Price was higher for night at end of trip. Room with 2 queen beds, per reservation, was not available. For second night of trip I was told shuttle would pick me up in 20 minutes. After about 35 minutes, I called and was told it was late due to a hurricane in the area that afternoon (she meant tornado). Shuttle finally arrived about 45 min after I called for it. Driver confirmed the tornado was not the reason he was late; he got to work 20 min after I called for the shuttle! Gal at desk was defensive about the situation and did NOT apologize for the inconvenience. I will not go back to this Ramada unless I am somehow reimbursed for this poor service.

    Value was fine for the room. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. The shuttle is very convenient.

    The hotel is kind of in a dodgy location and it isn't exactly close to the airport.

    The front desk staff were very accommodating and caring. We were stranded for 2 days and Ramada was our home. Comfy beds bowling alley next door

    Stinky, wet in hallways around pool area.

    Location is good, hotel offers free transport to subway station and airport pickups.....

    AC is too old and noisy... Thanks to cool whether, we were able to Had to shut it down to sleep!

    The free taxi pick up to and fro the airport, train station and good breakfast were the winning strategies

    No good restaurants around for lunch and dinner. But you can get groceries in nearby supermarkets

    The beds were very comfortable, the use of the shuttle was fantastic esp during the rain. The surrounding shops were great - decent food.

    The wifi didn't work in our room - kept dropping out. Very frustrating.

    The staff member at the desk when I arrived was wonderful. The location is good.

    The property is looking in disrepair... or maybe it is under renovation? Either way it did not look inviting. Serviceable, but not inviting. Walls are thin; you hear people whispering in the halls. My room was at the stairs and hallway junctions; I heard everyone that walked by. There was a large group with teenagers staying the same night that were very noisy. When I called the front desk at 1:30 AM to complain I was told that it was a church group that just arrived. That seemed to be enough of an excuse for the staff at the front desk. When I complained again at 2:00 AM the staff finally said they would call security. When I went down to the front desk at 2:30 AM to complain again, the staff told me that the offending teenagers were Christians as if this was an excuse and I should be accepting of their behavior. I know it is not the staffs responsibility to control the children, but I felt brushed off/unimportant and did not appreciate. I will not be staying there again.

    Shuttles to JFK UMASS station and airport was excellent. Handy to local shops and 2 options for evening dining.

    Requested a quiet room and received 3rd floor room backing onto very busy freeway. Requested and granted late checkout on last day and were then interrupted "several" times by housekeeping staff, sloppy communication between front desk and house staff.
