    Loved the location to downtown, and the shuttle service to the nearest train station was good and on time. Loved the breakfast. Room was sufficient.

    Could not make a reservation for 0500 shuttle to airport until arrival at ramada. Very unhappy that on arrival that shuttle was full! Staff signed me up anyway and told me not to worry. I turned out to be the only one that was waiting....

    I did not like not being reassured about getting a seat on shuttle, anxiety I did not need.

    free shuttle bus to JFK subway station and airport. Very good wifi. Clean. Note: U need to make a reservation for airport shuttle.

    Very very very poor breakfast. Far away from city centre.

    The staff is all about customer service. The shuttle service great bunch of men helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are just right two comfy beds, fridge and outlets everything you need. The free breakfast was excellent! We will stay again. Easy access to everything.

    I found all the staff there to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. And while the location was not the most convenient, the shuttle service made travel to and from downtown Boston very easy.

    The biggest issue I had were some delays experienced due to a high volume of people needing the shuttle service. I think it would be helpful to review peak times and explore the options of adding extra shuttles at those times.

    I loved the shuttle service that took us to subway system...that was a life-saver for not wanting to drive in the city!! Drivers were very nice and helpful!!

    Our door to our room would only lock/shut when slammed. We told the gentleman at the counter, but were given nothing in way of apolofy or peomise to tell someone. The water in the shower had cold and hot mixed around too. The breakfast in the morning was very crowded due to the small area and many many guests.

    everything, unsafe place, noisy A/C, bad staff, espcially the black girl lie to us. we book the hotel 2 month before, the girl told us no room for us and said the reservation was missing in their system. ugly hotel!!

    Location was close to Boston (shuttle) Room was clean but some repairs were needed Staff was courteous and helpful Looking for an economic alternative to high cost of downtown

    Hallways were extremely hot Neighborhood was not walk friendly Parts of hotel were run down

    That it had a shuttle service

    Price was higher for night at end of trip. Room with 2 queen beds, per reservation, was not available. For second night of trip I was told shuttle would pick me up in 20 minutes. After about 35 minutes, I called and was told it was late due to a hurricane in the area that afternoon (she meant tornado). Shuttle finally arrived about 45 min after I called for it. Driver confirmed the tornado was not the reason he was late; he got to work 20 min after I called for the shuttle! Gal at desk was defensive about the situation and did NOT apologize for the inconvenience. I will not go back to this Ramada unless I am somehow reimbursed for this poor service.

    Value was fine for the room. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. The shuttle is very convenient.

    The hotel is kind of in a dodgy location and it isn't exactly close to the airport.

    The front desk staff were very accommodating and caring. We were stranded for 2 days and Ramada was our home. Comfy beds bowling alley next door

    Stinky, wet in hallways around pool area.

    Location is good, hotel offers free transport to subway station and airport pickups.....

    AC is too old and noisy... Thanks to cool whether, we were able to Had to shut it down to sleep!
