Die Serviceleistung des Hotels war ausserordentlich schlecht. Wir hatten etwas in die Reinigung gegeben, was nicht erledigt wurde. Darüberhinaus war keinerlei Serviceleistung zu erhoffen. Verschiendeste Anliegen wurden einfach nicht bearbeitet. Die Standardantwort war: Wir könnern uns darum, was in keinem einzelnen Fall eingetreten ist. Im Falle der verschlampten Reinigung sind für uns massive zeitliche, wie finanzielle Schäden entstanden, was sehr ärgerlich war, weil wir auf einer Geschäftsreise waren und sehr wenig Zeit hatten. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. |

Gute Lage, Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist OK.Fitness Raum,eigener Parkgarage inklusive, Internet etc... Erste Zimmer 210 war Tepich nass ( in der nähe von der Klima Anlage) wurde aber problemlos gegen neuen Zimmer getauscht. Frühstück nur gegen Extra Bezahlung und der Auswahl ist nicht sehr gross. |

The staff people are very friendly and very helpfull. All the requests were provided. The hotel is in a quite area and very convenient for the McCormick Place. 5 minutes to get there if catching the train (5 minutes to the train station). Although the area is quite at night it is probably not very safe. At night we always caught the taxi from the city centre (less than 15 dollars). |

Most people were friendly who worked there. The bathrooms were dirty. We had hair laying on the floor and toilet and four dead spiders. There was also a whole in the ceiling. |

Hotel staff were friendly and shuttle buss service into the city was a very good service. Hotel was tired an in need of rennovations, my rom had a leak in the bathroom with the ceiling peeling so obviously was an ongoing issue but yet still they rented the room out! |

Clean room, it was pretty big; ok location 2 blocks away from the metra or the bus; staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant and the pool was in the other buidling. There was only one computer to use if needed. |

Overall our stay at the Ramada was pleasant. WHat made the stay really nice was the attention from the hotel staff. I needed change for the vending machine and one of the young ladies actually went out to her car to get me some change. WOW - this is above and beyond. The change wasn't available at the desk - I thought this was a very nice gesture and certainly it wasn't expected. |
