Radisson Hotel Chicago O'Hare  

The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite my late arrival from Australia after midnight. I was able to lodge a breakfast menu after the midnight deadline and a very decent breakfast arrived on time the next morning. The bed was particularly comfortable. In the morning the receptionist arranged a cab that was professionally driven and didn't take me by the "scenic" route.

No problems. Good value if you're willing to accept no-nonsense, decent accommodation. If there's a next time, I might go for a hotel closer to town.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We were not expecting it to be so wonderful. It is one of the best. We chose it so that we could walk to a Guns n Roses concert at All State Arena which is a block away. Plenty of places to get food and service was wonderful. I would like to make a special note about the housekeeping staff. It was about the best and nicest we have encountered. The front desk staff were the same. We needed a late checkout and were made to feel welcome instead of like guilty delinquents. Don't know what you do there to have such awesome staff but whatever it is....it works! The beds, Oh my gosh...the bedding is so wonderful that we just wanted to stay in bed. Total luxury!!!! Bed linens look like 5 star hotel and soooo comfy. What a special treat to see such beautiful and luxurious beds. Not your typical airport hotel at all. We would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

other options for breakfast,coffe is not good. I bought a cup for $2.15 & got terrible creamer...maybe you could offer more selections.

We were attending a conference at Allstate Arena & it is within walking distance of it & many restaurants, etc., in the area. Loved the convenience (& exercise!) The staff was polite & calm under pressure. Thank you!! Also loved the balcony! :-)

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go to the next floor to acquire such. It wasn't that big of a deal & allowed us to get more exercise ;-) Otherwise... I think everything was great!

Comodidad y ubicación

Stanze moto pulite e ambiente di buon livello. Comoda la navetta da e per l'aeroporto distante circa diecdi minuti.

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza che, a causa della vicinanza ad un locale contenente non so quale tipo di macchinario in azione, era molto molto rumorosa. Comunque, quando è stato fatto presente al portiere (alle 04.00 di notte), ci ha cambiato la stanza senza particolari problemi.

excellent location for Allstate Arena; free shuttle to the airport

New and clean; convenient location; free airport shuttle.

The room was quite noisy with noise and traffic from the hall in the evening and in the morning.

Location, full of great restaurants, and shopping. Clean rooms and hotel in general. Excellent and most accomodating staff ever. I was in hospitality years ago at the Marriott and Radisson Hotel Chgo O'Hare was truly the best ever!!!! Supurb service and staff . My new hotel of choice.
