The staff are super friendly & helpful.

The staff stressed it was a non-smoking facility, made me sign a waiver saying I wouldn't smoke, but when I arrived in the room there were 7 discarded cigarette butts on the tiny little patio. Very disappointing.

The sleep number bed. Lots of pillows. Bath products. Good coffee.

The set of doors coming in from the back parking lot. I was by myself, trying it carry in two suitcases, my purse, and hanging clothes. I had to key the first door (put stuff down), hold the door open while trying to get everything in, open the next door (very little room), move everything through...you get it.

The sleep number bed on my side did not work and I had a terrible night of back pain. When I told the front desk upon checking out, nothing was offered but "we'll make sure to tell maintenance". Well, I just cancelled my next stay in June.

Location to my event (hockey game)

My room was 109.00 but billed 123.17 and 20.00/ they said they would email me the breakdown but I believe it was a communication error. Person did not speak good english. They were to email the details.

Good solution in case of stop-over in Chicago O'Hare.

The schedule of the shuttle to the airport should be put in evidence in the hotel hall. We have had to wait about 30 min instead of 15 min at 5.30 AM for the shuttle bus and call two times.

Close to airport restaurant attached and good, inexpensive breakfast.

Unclear instructions on finding the shuttle from o'hare.

Both the tub and sink had severe stoppages. Severe. Could barely brush my teeth

It was connected to a long horn steak house. It was walking distance from a target, liquor store, 24hour sub way restaurant, Allstate arena. With tons of concerts depending on time of stay. Jus so happens pit bull Justin bieber were there at our time of stay. I loved the bed and the bathroom ; )

The ice machine needed to be cleaned out asap.

Very professional, helpful, welcoming staff; spacious, spotlessly-clean room with excellent facilities; very well situated for access to airport; reliable 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. Our first stay in a Radisson hotel, but one which makes us feel we'd be very happy to stay in other Radisson hotels.

The staff was prompt in checking us in, and answered our questions clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle ran on time, and the drivers were polite and courteous. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The only puzzling part was we asked if there was a bar, we were told yes but it did not open until 5:00 (This was about 3:30). The staff did not mention that there was a Longhorn Steakhouse with a bar attached to the hotel. We did not see it when we exited the shuttle to enter the hotel, so part of that is on us, but certainly the staff could have made us aware of that.

It was all good. Wasn't at the hotel long enough to enjoy all the amenities but it was a very nice hotel.

Good shuttle services, excellent bed and comforter, quick check-in/out, and good value.

深夜に2度、他のゲストがルームキーを解除して部屋に入って来た（2度目はチェーン・ロックの為入出不可）- 。　明らかにフロントスタッフのミスにもかかわらず、朝食のバウチャーを出すだけでことを済ませられた。　セキュリティー面からも非常に疑問。
