Location. Easy access to my intended places to visit

No Microwave or refrig

The sleep number bed on my side did not work and I had a terrible night of back pain. When I told the front desk upon checking out, nothing was offered but "we'll make sure to tell maintenance". Well, I just cancelled my next stay in June.

Location to my event (hockey game)

My room was 109.00 but billed 123.17 and 20.00/ they said they would email me the breakdown but I believe it was a communication error. Person did not speak good english. They were to email the details.

Good solution in case of stop-over in Chicago O'Hare.

The schedule of the shuttle to the airport should be put in evidence in the hotel hall. We have had to wait about 30 min instead of 15 min at 5.30 AM for the shuttle bus and call two times.

Close to airport restaurant attached and good, inexpensive breakfast.

Unclear instructions on finding the shuttle from o'hare.

Both the tub and sink had severe stoppages. Severe. Could barely brush my teeth

It was connected to a long horn steak house. It was walking distance from a target, liquor store, 24hour sub way restaurant, Allstate arena. With tons of concerts depending on time of stay. Jus so happens pit bull Justin bieber were there at our time of stay. I loved the bed and the bathroom ; )

The ice machine needed to be cleaned out asap.

Very professional, helpful, welcoming staff; spacious, spotlessly-clean room with excellent facilities; very well situated for access to airport; reliable 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. Our first stay in a Radisson hotel, but one which makes us feel we'd be very happy to stay in other Radisson hotels.

The staff was prompt in checking us in, and answered our questions clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle ran on time, and the drivers were polite and courteous. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The only puzzling part was we asked if there was a bar, we were told yes but it did not open until 5:00 (This was about 3:30). The staff did not mention that there was a Longhorn Steakhouse with a bar attached to the hotel. We did not see it when we exited the shuttle to enter the hotel, so part of that is on us, but certainly the staff could have made us aware of that.

It was all good. Wasn't at the hotel long enough to enjoy all the amenities but it was a very nice hotel.

Good shuttle services, excellent bed and comforter, quick check-in/out, and good value.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite my late arrival from Australia after midnight. I was able to lodge a breakfast menu after the midnight deadline and a very decent breakfast arrived on time the next morning. The bed was particularly comfortable. In the morning the receptionist arranged a cab that was professionally driven and didn't take me by the "scenic" route.

No problems. Good value if you're willing to accept no-nonsense, decent accommodation. If there's a next time, I might go for a hotel closer to town.

深夜に2度、他のゲストがルームキーを解除して部屋に入って来た（2度目はチェーン・ロックの為入出不可）- 。　明らかにフロントスタッフのミスにもかかわらず、朝食のバウチャーを出すだけでことを済ませられた。　セキュリティー面からも非常に疑問。

Muy buena ubicación, una cama suuper cómoda, la mejor de cualquier hotel en los que hemos estado, así como las almohadas. Buena elección para quien quiere estar cerca del aeropuerto y descansar.

离机场近，有24小时免费巴士，酒店设施及卫生还可以。

离市区太远，租车太贵，只能到机场坐轻轨到市区，大约1小时车程。酒店收费偏贵，与配套不符。

Flughafennaehe, sehr sauber, komfortabel, Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

Comodidad y ubicación

El traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto es rápido, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que hay un bus cada media hora.

Great value for the money and very convenient to OHare.
