Radisson Hotel Gateway Seattle-Tacoma Airport  

Location near light rail made getting downtown easy/better than a rental car. Also, very comfortable beds. Free shuttle to airport. Nice pool/exercise facilities, too.

5:00 a.m. trash truck emptying the hotel's dumpster. Very loud/noisy/annoying. Why not schedule it for after 8:00 a.m.? Shower head in the bathroom leaked. Room doors closed/slammed shut loudly - enough to wake up neighbors. Add a dampening system or rubber bumpers.

The food we had at room service was terrible. The burgers were overcooked and dry and the fries were burnt.

the food was not reasonable but it was good. i did however love the hospitality and friendliness of the barman who took my order. he was very nice and helped me with my order when it was very late at night. he was very helpful with everything. also the front desk was very nice as well and answered all of my questions and did not shrug me off like most hotels.

Helpful shuttle driver gave tips for dining and shopping. Located close to airport. Check in was speedy.

Very noisy rooms! Stool valve stuck flooding bath and some carpet. We were finally given keys to a standard room (we booked a suite). No help or offer to help with move or any offer for reduced room rate! I would be very upset with our staffs if they handled a problem like this in one of our properties.

Good location for flight and parking car at hotel!

The location is a quick and easy walk to SeaTac. Our room was spacious and very clean.

The bathtub did not drain well, so taking a shower meant standing in scummy water. The bathtub faucet dripped all night. The staff gave me incorrect information for accessing WiFi; when I called the front desk to get the correct information, no one answered. There was an almost five- minute wait to be seated in an empty dining room because no one could locate the hostess to seat us.

Worst bed ever!

Very close to Seattle airport- ideal if you have an early flight. 24hr shuttle service which is fantastic. Bed is soooo comfortable - found it hard to drag myself up next day

I enjoyed everything about hotel

Convenient to the Airport. Late night food was good. Shuttle driver helped bring luggage up.

The sleep number bed was out or order. The comfort level was at too stiff.

The proximity to the airport was a big plus to catch an early flight.

I like the convenient location but I also appreciate the fact that the hotel is clean, comfortable and the rooms are extremely quiet. I never hear neighbors or people stomping around above. That is very important to me, because I can get a good nights sleep.

I think the buffet breakfast is a little pricey for what it is but the food has been good.

Apesar de estar longe do centro de Chicago, eh um hotel bastante novo, somente 4 anos de existência, e isso eh muito importante para um hotel, os quartos são bastante confortáveis, cama muito boa e espaçosa , banheiro muito bom e novo, chuveiro grande com bastante água, o que torna o banho muito confortante. Apesar de ter vidro formando um box, não possue porta o que acaba, se não cuidar , molhando um pouco o banheiro. Esse hotel, como eh hotel para negócios eh grande e bastante impessoal e um pouco frio, o que, para algumas pessoas pode ser ruim. Tudo aqui eh pago, internet sem fio, estacionamento, etc. Mas eu o recomendaria e se visse outra vez ficaria novamente aqui.

A distancia do centro, ser um hotel de negócios, portanto, atendimento um pouco frio.

This hotel is across the street from the airport! Great location with friendly and informative desk and shuttle staff. The hotel is surpriseingly quiet. We moved there from our downtown Seattle location for a very early AM flight and it was perfect.

The size of the waste baskets in our business class queen room; they are too small and there was no ability to recycle

Shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful, speedy check-in, accommodating staff prepared meals at 11pm, the king size bed tremendous and a double shower head with proper water flow. Most showers around the world these days are made for the little people (leprechauns) and you need to do a little dance under the shower just to get wet
