- Great Location - On site, covered parking - Inconsistent housekeeping - Had ants throughout our room. Dozens in the shower one morning - Only a couple front desk staff seemed interested in being there - Room next to an unfinished stairwell where the door was always open - Hotel staff didn't make themselves aware of specific requirements before we arrived that they had weeks in advance

I loved the decor and overall aesthetic of the hotel. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful during our stay and I appreciate the free WI-Fi and free computer/printing usage. Those are two small amenities that go a long way, in my opinion. Also, loved the free pineapple cupcakes in the lobby, so good!

Loved the style of the hotel -- great colors - not your normal style of hotel room disliked the noise level of the hotel -- was next to the elevator and heard it all. had to keep the room fan on the whole time I was there

I think Hotel 5 is perfect for my needs. I used to have a corporate rate - so I only want to use Hotel 5 up to 6 nights per month. however the corporate rate is no longer honored and I cannot continue to stay here so this was my last visit. i am forced to use other hotels in the area.

- Friendly staff - clean - good location - nice decoration - comfortable room/bed - Free Wi-fi in the room - Dark room and bathroom - when somebody is on the shower in the next room, you can hear it, and it is very loud. - the ventilator in the bathroom is loud, which is annoying.

Location Bed was hard as a rock. No ice machine and they failed to keep bags of ice full in freezer for guests. Had to call front desk every time we needed ice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, well laid out, lots of space. Coffee and tea with the Kerig was great to have in the room. Location is perfect for a city vacation, close to everything. The monorail goes right by but is not noisy. Bus noise from the street and no hair dryer in the room. But really very minor issues.

The cleaning services were great and the friendliness of that particular staff was wonderful! Upon checking in the people at the front desk looked at me as if I was not from the area (clearly I'm not if I'm staying in a hotel). They were very blunt and it seemed as if I was inconveincing them when I had no special requests, just wanted a room that I had booked far in advance. They asked where I was heading and seemed offended by my answer... Overall, I will not be staying at the hotelFIVE again.

Central location, easy to walk and visit Seattle from the Hotel friendly, cool I love the decorations fantastic breakfast ( not a buffet but delicious plates) Queen rooms are tiny and a little noisy but ok for a short trip

Good location between downtown and Seattle Space Needle. Good breakfast, but not included in room rate. Extremely small room, It was uncomfortable for us.

excellent staff, very clean, free coffee & water (in rooms and lobby) free printer, excellent location. The airconditioner in my room was a bit noisy but in fairness I was offered to move to another room.
