Great location. Loved the room, bed, amenities and decor. Great staff, very helpful.
location and atmosphere. The place had that 'cool' factor for my kids :)
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful.
The heating/cooling unit in the room was loud making it difficult to sleep.
The helpfulness of the staff was amazing! They printed up bus schedules, circled hot spots on a map for us so we weren't just wandering around the city trying to find places. The bed were soft and comfy.
I couldn't take the whole plate of cupcakes.......Delicious!!!!
Location. Clean room , nice bed,bath room,price,
no refrige ,no free parking.
The hotel itself is nice, the staff are extremely nice and the location is perfect. It's a short walk to the space needle and EMP museum, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants down the street.
The wifi wasn't very good in our room (top floor might be why) but we weren't there to surf the internet anyway. Just using it to find places to go and things to do.
3.pm coffee cup cakes bikes
Pool would have been nice
the colors of the rooms ad the bthroom also ig good and clean and new
Loved everything, People were great location was great.
If I am on business, most of my time is spent working in the city. I do not want to spend too much on a room I do not spend a lot of time at. Hotel five has good prices and perfect location. I get exactly what I am looking for. I must be responsible with my money or my company's budget and Hotel Five offers exactly what I want. The staff is also the greatest!
Mimosas on New Years Day -- nice touch.
no ESPN in our room to watch the Rose Bowl.
Nice decor, comfortable, every amenity you need, very pleasant and helpful staff and free Mimosas on New Years day!
Overall this was a great place to stay to be near the space needle. Offered cupcakes in the afternoon & bikes to take out. Cute rooms & friendly staff.
The hotel is right near the monorail so they give you ear plugs for the noice. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. We also wanted room service at night because it was so cold & we had been out all day but they do not offer it after breakfast.
Close walk to a number of restaurants and shopping.
Weak wi-fi in our room.
The location, the decor, the staff, the parking garage.
noisy (construction behind) needed a few repairs, and the TV was analog
The location couldn't have been any better. We spent next to no time in the actual room but the shuttle service provided was very helpful
My only complaint would be the fitness center it was laughable
The location of the hotel was good; close to shopping and restaurants. The WI-FI was also good.
The hotel is very noisy. Noise from the road as well as from the mono-rail. Also the doors must be of poor quality because there was little to no sound barrier between the room and the outside hallway. You could hear everything other guests were saying, banging doors, getting ice from the ice machine (or freezer), etc.
The location in Belltown worked out well for us. Minutes to Pikes Place and downtown. Easy access to light rail. The bed was comfy. The staff was helpful and the cafe downstairs was quite okay.
We could handle it but for those that cannot. Our room was next to the vending machines which was a bit loud at 6am. It was also right in front of the Light Rail. Guests were easy heard through the walls. The water system in the bath and the pocket door also noisy. Also would have preferred that breakfast was included for the price.
I liked the location, and the shuttle.
The room was very stark. I prefer carpet and was surprised the entire room had no carpet. The bed was hard, and the comforter was very rough feeling. Also, the bathroom is very tiny. I am 127 lbs. and I found it to be a major squeeze to use the toilet, and the toilet paper holder was pressing into my arm. Parking is $15.
Staff were very helpful and gave good advice about excellent restaurants and cafés and were mega friendly. Hotel was funky and in great location
The staff is very friendly and the location is awesome.
I got nothing bad to say.
Good proximity to everything
Bed was comfy, staff was great.
The room was so tiny, only a bed and tv, not even room for a chair. We had to upgrade to a suite. The room, with taxes and parking was over $300. Not worth it.
Interior design. Breakfast café.
Rooms bit small, smaller than on pictures and information.
